Meet Rex ! — a bright, confident, pup who’s ready to find his forever family! (REX currently lives with his foster family in Texas, He will be transported through Project Freedom Ride when he's adopted) Rex was the first male puppy to walk right up to his foster and ask for attention, and that bold, loving nature has stayed with him. He’s incredibly intelligent, always watching his foster for cues, and already knows sit and down. Among his brothers, Rex has naturally taken on the role of leader, guiding them with calm confidence. Sadly, Rex, his momma, and his siblings were left to fend for themselves on the streets of a small rural Texas town until a kind couple opened their home to keep them safe. Now Rex is growing into a wonderful young dog with so much love to give. If you’re looking for a smart, affectionate pup with a big heart and an even bigger future, Rex is your boy. Here is the adoption/inquiry form link (please copy and paste in your browser): https://form.jotform.com/241436494645160 Fun Facts about REX: * Estimated date of birth is 6-12-25 * Weighs about 58 lbs. at 6 months of age * Neutered and fully vaccinated * Mom is a German Shepherd/Husky mix and dad is a mystery…possibly part Doberman * Laid back personality, and leader of his male siblings * Does well with other dogs * Heartworm and Tick Fever negative and current on preventatives Videos of REX and RAVEN: https://youtube.com/shorts/0-M0tZOS2JM?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/Uhh5_mbPGDA?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/0QJ6vD8Uocs?feature=share …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. The fee also includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations (rabies, 4 parvo/distemper boosters, and bordatella), flea and tick prevention, negative heartworm test, negative fecal, health certificate, and registered microchip. He is available through Levelland Animal Friends, a partner rescue of Project Freedom Ride. He is located with our rescue here in the Texas Panhandle. Meet Nova — the girl with the big presence! 🌟 (NOVA is currently living with her foster family in Texas. She will be transported through Project Freedom Ride when she is adopted) At just 6 months old and 44 lbs., Nova may be the smallest of her litter of five, but don’t let that fool you—she naturally steps into a leadership role among her siblings. She’s expected to be a medium-sized dog once fully grown. Nova is a little more reserved at first, but once she warms up, her sweet, gentle nature shines. Her shiny black coat paired with her rich mahogany markings makes her absolutely stunning. Nova, her momma, and her siblings were left to fend for themselves on the streets in a rural Texas town until a kind couple took them in and gave them safety and care. Story
She is the most loving and affectionate dog I have ever met. I got her when she was just 8 months old and she is going to be 4 this next October. She has been staying in her crate 6 days out of the week due to my busy work schedule and with the skin yeast infection she has I know she deserves someone better. Someone who can give her the time and care she deserves.

We do not have the resources to respond to emails with more specific questions. We are receiving an unusually high number of applications at this time!
