Story
Say hello to this handsome boy Lincoln. Here at the shelter, he is afavorite. When he came in, he had been a stray for a while and wassignificantly underweight. Although he was nervous and always hungry, hewas still a good boy. Now that he has been here for a bit and not quite sohungry, his personality is starting to sparkle. He is a fun dog withbeautiful leash walking skills. He is also an active dog. It really is athing of beauty to watch this dog run.Lincoln could possibly live with a calmer dog or a dog savvy cat. And hecould probably live with children old enough to give him space when heneeds it. This good boy is hoping for adopters that watch his bodylanguage and help him as he settles in. Since we do not know his backstory, adopters may need to teach Lincoln all he needs to know about livingin a home.Lincoln is a beautiful, floofy good boy that has had a rough go of it. Heis looking for a real home. If you would like to meet him, visit this bestboy at the MSPCA in Methuen on Tuesdays through Sundays from 12PM to4:30PM.

Story
Affectionate and playful with my family and always up for a new adventure or challenge, I’ll bring lots of energy and joy to my new home. I was adopted in April 2022, when I was 5 months old, as a little brother for my mom’s first pup, but she’s found the demands of raising 2 young working/sporting males in the city to be more than she can manage given all her other commitments. I’m house trained, leash trained (tho I get excited when I see a rabbit or squirrel), neutered, fully vaxed, and I travel well in the car. I’ve got great recall, respond to all the basic commands, learn quickly, luv 2 please. Seeking an active, dog-savvy family who love shepherds and are mostly home/available to walk/hike, cuddle, play. Big enclosed yard and other dog/s bonus.
