Story
Meet King – Ready for His Forever Home! Handsome King is ready to find his forever family. This beautiful boy has a little sass to him, but once he understands the rules and learns he can’t push boundaries, he settles in nicely. Like many smart shepherds, King just needs a confident handler who will provide clear guidance and consistency. King can be a bit sassy when meeting someone new, but by the second outing he usually relaxes and does well. While he hasn’t had extensive socialization yet, he is making good progress and continuing to learn. The good news is that King is a great dog with no major issues—he’s simply a sweet, loving boy with lots of energy. King would thrive in a home where he has space to run, play, and burn off that shepherd energy. He has also done well with some dogs when introductions are done properly. Because of this, King would do best with someone who has experience and understands how to work with a strong, intelligent dog. In the right home, with structure, exercise, and consistency, King has all the potential to become a wonderful companion.

Story
I rescued Sage 2 years ago, and she truly changed my life—I honestly believe she’s an angel. She is a sweet, calm, and deeply loyal dog who bonds closely with her person. She’s protective, very smart, and learns commands easily. She’s unusually quiet unless there’s a knock on the door. Sage loves being around people she trusts and is great with kids, but very young kids can overwhelm her and she’ll look for space. She just needs a calm, understanding home where she can feel safe. She can be guarded with new dogs and may run toward them aggressively, so she’ll need continued training. She does well off leash in secure settings. She loves being outside, exploring, and needs plenty of outdoor time. She prefers connection with her human over other dogs. Ideal home is 1–2 adults, low traffic, with space to be outside regularly. She has never bitten and is not destructive. She gets bladder stones and UTIs, so a special diet is recommended. I usually cook her food and support her naturally.

Story
Nina is the sweetest, gentlest soul you’ll ever call your own! She walks beautifully on leash, never pulling she’s just happily strolling beside you as if she’s always belonged there. She’s easy to groom, easy to live with, and perfectly content spending her days close to her person, whether that’s on a peaceful neighborhood walk or curled up beside you on the couch. What makes Nina even more special is how gentle and trusting she remains despite her past. For three long years, she lived tied outside in a small shelter, exposed to the elements and slowly losing weight while neighbors pleaded for help. When she became dangerously thin, caring neighbors convinced her owner to let her go. After a brief stop in their home, an ACO brought her to safety, where she began to heal physically and emotionally. Even after everything she endured, Nina showed no aggression, no reactivity, just a quiet willingness to trust and love again. She’s gained some healthy weight, and blossomed into the sweetest companion you could imagine. Now all she needs is the forever home she has always deserved. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate, low-maintenance best friend with the gentlest heart. This beautiful girl named Nina is ready for her forever home!

Story
I got Fen in 2020 from an AKC breeder in NH. Fen needs a well structured person to be able to get him in line with training. He was trained but in my familys home there is too many people giving different commands. He is my familys dog and is too much to handle for my grandparents that stay with him during the day. Fen has hip dysplasia and a torn acl that happened in December and has been having trouble with stairs and we have alot. He is doing better but we can not afford the surgery.
