Shelter visiting hours are 12 pm to 4 pm - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Please fill out an adoption application at mamcorescue.org or attend one of our Saturday adoption event. Events are held each Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event: https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue  At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. Unless otherwise stated, all of our dogs are mixed breeds. We never guarantee the size, breed, or temperment of any of our puppies.  ##2045185##

Story
0822281 - Nymeria is a sweet girl who loves to get pet and is very affectionate.  We think she is a shepherd/husky mix, she is 6-7 years old but she is still very energetic and playful.  She would love her new human to be active and get her out on walks, hikes and runs.  She also likes to play in the water.  She does okay with other dogs out of the home as long as they are more on the submissive side but would do best as the only dog in the home.  She would also do best in a home with older kids (or no kids) and loved the teenagers in her foster home.  Nymeria loves toys and can often be found with a ball in her mouth.  She is house and crate trained. She is very smart and treat motivated so with a little training the sky is the limit for this girl!  If you are interested in meeting her please complete an application at www.sloppykisses.org/adoptions! ##1508274##

Story
0914168 - **Meet Britt: Your Spunky, Low-Rider Sweetheart!** Britt is a sturdy little gal with a big heart! At around 6 months old and 35 lbs, this mystery mix (maybe shepherd, maybe kelpie?) is full of personality and ready for her forever home. She made her way to Colorado from a high-kill shelter in New Mexico, and now she's eager to begin the next chapter of her life. Britt loves playing with other dogs and has great energy, though she’s still learning to share her toys—probably because they’re the first she’s ever had! She’s already house and kennel trained, making her an easy fit into any home.  Affectionate, bright, and highly treat-motivated, Britt is ready to soak up all the love and attention she deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion, Britt would make the perfect addition to your family! Story
1124196 - Meet Shanny! Shanny is a 6-8 month old German Shepherd mix with a gorgeous sable coat and adorable floppy ears that make her one-of-a-kind. She might look a lot like a purebred shepherd, but her unique charm is all her own! This sweet and affectionate girl loves to play—whether it’s with her toys or canine friends, she’s always up for some fun. She’s also the perfect house guest: Shanny is house trained, kennel trained, and respectful of cats (she prefers to just ignore them). Shanny enjoys her walks and doesn’t pull much, though her shepherd nose keeps her curious about all the exciting smells along the way. She’s learning that car rides lead to fun adventures, so she’s eager to explore the world with her future family. Spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, Shanny is ready to start her new life with you. Story
0225014 - Hello! My name is Sundrop but my foster family calls me Sunny. My foster mama says that I’m such a happy girl, I have a sunny disposition. I’m a sweet, perfect sized 40lb, mixed breed. My paperwork says Shepherd mix but I could possibly be a beagle mix. Who knows but I am 100% pure love! I was in a yucky shelter for a very long time and now that I’m out I just love spending my time next to a human so a home with someone who is home a lot would be necessary for my happiness. With a doggie sibling and a little bit of work I would be ok left home for small amounts of time. I enjoy playing with squeaky toys and gnawing on bones, belly rubs are really delightful. I’m potty trained, I sleep all night in a crate and I LOVE food. I just learned how to sit, I am a good listener but I could use some leash skills. If I sound like your kind of girl please complete an adoption application at www.sloppykisses.org/adoptions! ##2308672##
