Story
This tiny little squish is basically everything people love about Frenchies wrapped up into one ridiculously cute 20 lb package. The snorts, the grunts, the compact little body, the “pick me up immediately” energy… she’s got it all. And when I say tiny, I mean TINY tiny. Zoe Cherie is one of those dogs that you look at and instantly want to scoop into your lap and never put down again. She has the sweetest little face, the softest “I just want to love you” personality, and the kind of calm, easygoing nature that makes her feel like she’s always belonged right beside you. Honestly, if you’re a French Bulldog lover… this girl is going to absolutely wreck your heart in the best way possible.

Zoe Cherie is approximately 2 years old, weighs around 20 lbs, and based off her looks alone, there is definitely some French Bulldog mixed in there somewhere. With rescue it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age, but one thing we can say is that this girl fully brings the Frenchie charm.
When it comes to people, Zoe is a total lap dog and snuggle bug through and through. She genuinely does not seem to care much about what’s going on around her as long as she gets to be near her people. She’s incredibly tolerant with physical touch and handling too. Nail trims? She’ll literally fall asleep during them. Dress her up in cute outfits? She just sits there looking adorable and accepting her fate LOL. She has such an easy, gentle temperament and is honestly one of the most low-maintenance little companions we’ve seen. She’s quiet, affectionate, and just has this naturally comforting presence about her.
Zoe is also great with other dogs and has done well around both big and small dogs. She’s happy to peacefully coexist and is also happy to engage in lighthearted, gentle play with the right dog. She especially enjoys little games of chase, though her tiny little legs definitely cannot keep up with the bigger dogs for long LOL. She tries her best though, which somehow makes it even cuter. More often than not, Zoe is more of a “lazy player” and will happily lay down and play from the comfort of the floor instead of running full speed around the yard. She seems to enjoy calm, easygoing dog friends that match her mellow vibe.
She also met our house cat Biggie and met him appropriately and was very respectful around him. She did not chase Biggie, nor was she bothered by Biggie jumping or doing what cats do. Biggie also felt comfortable around her as well. We do not know if she has ever lived in a home before with a cat and this was our first time seeing her with a cat. If you have a cat in the home, we can arrange for her to have a sleepover with a cat upon request. Just let us know!
Zoe is crate trained and currently working on potty training and doing really well so far. She will need continued consistency, routine, and occasional potty breaks throughout the day to continue setting her up for success. She takes treats very gently, already knows how to sit, and while she hasn’t shown much interest in toys yet, that could absolutely change once she settles into a home environment.
One of the best things about Zoe is just how easy she is to live with. She doesn’t require much. She’s low energy, happy to lounge around, and truly just wants a loving home where she can be spoiled and included in everyday life. Because she’s so quiet and easygoing, we could absolutely see her potentially doing well in an apartment setting with regular potty breaks, but she would also be perfectly happy in a home with a backyard where she can sunbathe and waddle around sniffing the grass.
At the end of the day, Zoe is just a perfect little bean. Sweet, snuggly, low-key, ridiculously cute, and full of that funny little Frenchie personality that people fall head over heels for. She’s the type of dog that makes your house feel softer, quieter, and cozier just by being in it.
We are willing to test Zoe Cherie with anything you need in order to ensure it's a perfect match. We can make anything happen! Just let us know.
