Story
Rocket Man is a dog with a strong personality. He is short and stocky, making him stand out among other dogs. Rocket Man enjoys being in control and likes to be the boss of the pack. He craves attention and loves being around people, always seeking out affection and playtime. However, his assertiveness can sometimes lead to him bullying less dominant or submissive dogs. Despite this behavior, Rocket Man's loving nature and need for human companionship make him an ideal companion for an active and experienced dog owner. He enjoys running around with other dogs at the dog park. With proper training and socialization, Rocket Man can become a loyal and loving pet who will always be by his owner's side. Story
This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $200 if picked up in TN, $275 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Dallas is a ray of sunshine wrapped in a soft, 30-pound package of Feist-mix energy. Check out her adorable bob tail for cuteness sake! At just 9 months old, she’s affectionate, sensitive, and ready to bring happiness to her forever family. With her medium-to-high energy level, Dallas loves to stay active, but she also has a sweet, snuggly side that makes her the perfect all-around companion. One of the most endearing things about Dallas is how much she wants to be with her people & is very affectionate. She’s the kind of dog who finds joy in every moment—whether it’s playing with her foster siblings, squeaking her favorite toy, or simply enjoying a stroll with you. She has a knack for making fast friends, winning over everyone she meets with her affectionate and friendly personality. Dallas is housetrained and excellent in a crate, sleeping peacefully through the night. While she’s still working on leash manners, she’s eager to please and making progress every day. In the car, she’s a perfect passenger, riding quietly in her crate like a pro. This resilient girl recently had FHO surgery but is doing wonderfully and hasn’t let it slow her down one bit. She’s great with other dogs, and while she’s a little curious about cats, she’s respectful enough that her foster feline housemate is okay with her. Dallas is also indifferent to livestock and loves meeting new people—she’s a true social butterfly! Her ideal home would be one with older kids (due to her energy) and an active family who can give her plenty of exercise and continue her training. A fenced yard is a big plus to keep her safe while she zooms around, burning off her puppy energy. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, and loyal companion who will bring smiles and laughter to your life, Dallas is your girl! Come meet her and let her infectious happiness win your heart. Apply to adopt today! Meet this dog at Petco on Saturday, Feb 1st from 1-4 pm CST at Petco, 377 W. Jackson St #11 Cookeville, TN 38501.   Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. January 28, 2025, 11:49 am

Story
Adoption Donation   $ 499 Located:  in RI  (Transportation costs included to the Northeast , plz ask for more details ) Age: approx 2 years old Weight: 32lbs     Layne is in a foster home with young kids, cats and other dogs. She does Soo well with all.  Layne is a shy girl who takes a little bit to trust new people; she does better with females but lives just fine with my husband. She is coming around to him after 2 months. Just don't expect her to warm up to you quickly if you are a male. I would like to see her go to a home with another friendly dog to help her confidence and a fenced yard where she can run freely in is required (she is pee shy on a leash with strangers and needs a yard to roam to do her business until she warms up to you) she is house trained and walks well on a leash once she has warmed up to her new person.  We all love Layne girl at our house. She is easy and pretty quiet. All she wants in life is a gentle touch and lots of love.  Once Layne warms up, she will be your best friend for the rest of her life.  If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an application on our website  www.fohari.org  and email my foster parent for more information:    reginasfosterdogs@gmail.com Please verify the location and readiness of this dog with us.  Because we save lives from various locations through out the United States, some dogs may not be in New England yet, nor ready for immediate adoption.   Our adoption application can be found here: https://fohari.org/application/  Our Adoption Process:   Go to our website and select the animal you are interested in. ALL animals are in foster homes as we do NOT have a  shelter where you can visit. Some animals are in foster care in New England, and some are located in other states. If initials are not a state, then those are the initials of the foster home outside of New England and you will not be able to meet the animal ahead of time. Complete our online application You will be contacted by phone or email by the foster parent  or a member of our adoption team and will have the opportunity to find out more about the animal, and ask any questions that you have to ensure the animal is a good fit for your household. If the animal is local, you can meet the animal, but you would not be able to take the dog home until you are approved to adopt.  From our end, we will check references and schedule a home visit.  If you live in an apartment, or a condo, we will need to verify permission to own the animal from your landlord or condo board. Please let your vet’s office and references know we will be contacting them. If your  references are positive, we will schedule a home visit by a volunteer. Please try to accommodate the home visit volunteer as most  have busy schedules. Delays in the visit will result in a delay in the adoption. Once you are approved, you will receive an e-mail with your  adoption contract attached. This e-mail will have details about pick up, the balance of the adoption fee that is owed, etc. Please email your signed & witnessed contract and pay your adoption fee in full, and for any animals located out of state, you will be contacted for details about transport to New England. WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Tyler - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hello...all you fabulous people out there!! My name is Tyler and I'm here looking for a home, a family... one to call my very own. And since you're reading this, could it possibly be that you'd consider making ME a part of yours?!! I'm a charming fella who has found my way to the shelter after being found as a stray. The shelter is full and getting fuller each day so if you'd be interested in giving me a home, Hay Dude Rescue will pull me from the shelter to complete the adoption. I'm a sweet 9-month-old pup who is ready for my forever home, to be someone's lil heartbeat at their feet! I is full of energy and joy, and can't wait to find a place where I can run and play...all day, every day. I does walk nicely on a leash and is eager to learn basic commands with a little guidance from you, of course! I has a gentle spirit and would do wonderfully with children and other dogs. I would make a pawsomely fabulous 'sibling' for either 2 or 4legged members of the family or I could be living the high life getting all the attention as your one and only! I'm hoping for a second chance at love, and I'm soooo ready to give my heart to a family. So if you think I might be the right fit for your home, all you need to do is stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application, and I'll take it from there. You can find it at haydudeequine.org
