Story
Why do they call me Bandit, you ask? Because I’ll steal your heart! I`m a little nervous in the shelter but I have a lot of love to give, so I`m looking for someone who will be patient with me while I get used to your home. I did live with kittens (uninterested) and other dogs (yay) in foster care. I think it would be great to live with another social dog, to help show me the ways, and keep me calm. Please, no little kids, though. I’ll be your sweet, special friend so long as I can have time to truly settle in. Are you my new BFF? Love, BanditI appear to be a pretty healthy dog, but it`s still a good idea for you to take me to a vet shortly after my adoption so they can get to know me. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Lone Ranger came to us as an owner surrender due to his medical needs. We first believed he has swimmers syndrome, but are currently working through a myriad of potential contributing factors that might be affecting his mobility. At this time, Lone Ranger is available as a foster to adopt while we work though his medical issues. He is a typical happy, playful GSD puppy who would greatly benefit from a home where he can build his muscle tone and help learn how to navigate the word with his mobility constraints. Lone Ranger likes to play with other dogs, but can get frustrated at times so he would do best with a dog capable of healthy corrections or very patient with a big, goofy, awkward puppy. We would love nothing more than to get this sweet boy into a home where he can become a beloved family member. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped, heartworm tested, receive prevention while in our care, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. If you're interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at sftsrescue.org/available-dogs

Story
***** Armin is a member of our Lonely Hearts Club and his adoption fee has been reduced to $325. *****Why hello there! My name is Armin, and I`m looking for my very own human(s). I`m hoping they are active and adventurous and on the go - just like me! Could that be you? Why don`t you come on down to visit me? I`ve been friendly and wiggly when meeting most people, but sometime I get nervous when meeting someone new. I am quite food motivated so giving me treats usually helps me befriend people easier! I do love to run and play and I would definitely love to do positive reinforcement training with my new family to help me learn good manners. I can get jumpy and over-aroused when something excites me - like grabbing toys and treats - so I need to go to a home without small kids. But I`m super smart and I`ve already learned a bunch of stuff and would love to learn some more - especially if there are treats involved! I would greatly benefit from adopters who are able to wear me out physically and mentally and are willing to work with my energy levels. If I sound like I could be a good fit for you, then come visit my friends in the adoption center! I can`t wait to meet you! Medical History: I appear to be a healthy young adult dog at this time, but it`s always a good idea to get me into a vet soon after adoption so I can meet my new doctor!
