Story
Alfalfa's was found as a stray in Stephenville and never reclaimed. Alfalfa is a loyal companion who wants to be right next to you most of the time. While he may get a little excited on the leash initially and pull you around, he settles down quickly and walks well with some slack on the leash. Alfalfa will only stay in a heavy-duty crate for extended periods and will escape chain link fencing if left outside by himself. He's not fond of other dogs through the fence and prefers to be the only pet in the home, and he won't do well with cats. He does not seem to know English and won't respond to any commands but he has started responding to his name. As a Belgian Malinois, Alfalfa requires experienced owners familiar with the breed's high maintenance needs. Alfalfa is neutered, vaccinated with DHPP and Bordetella, microchipped, heartworm-negative and on prevention. Alfalfa is due for a rabies vaccination.

Zeus was brought in to us due to housing issues. Zeus is a very sweet and friendly boy who loves to bark. He does not like being cooped up and will try to get past us any chance he gets. He does like to receive attention and will lean on you once he has let a bit of his energy out. He does well in a crate. He has had some problems with his back leg due to a pinched nerve. He doesn't seem to be potty trained. He did come in with another dog however since being here, he has show some extreme barrier aggression with other dogs. We have not officially dog tested him. We always highly recommend a meet and greet with any current household dogs. We do not know how he is with cats. Zeus came in with with some reaction to fleas, so keeping up with flea and tick prevention is a must. Zeus is fully vaccinated, de-wormed, microchipped, neutered, and heart worm negative and on prevention.
