Story
Caylee is 8 months old. Her owner was facing some health challenges and was no longer able to care for her or her sister Laycee. Foster family says this about them... They are really good puppies, listen well and are very smart. • Loves to play outside and with their toys • Loves belly rubs • Smart, quick to learn and are treat motivated • Crate trained and sleep well at night • House trained • Needs to work on not jumping on visitors They haven't been tested with children, cats or other dogs, but feel they would be fine with proper introductions and boundaries. Their previous owners say they enjoy other dogs, love car ride and their walks. They would defenitely benefit from formal training to help with socialization, keep their busy minds active and help with leash skills. Both have recently had their spay surgery, are up to date on vaccines, are heartworm negative, have been flea and tick treated, and are microchipped. Caylee's adoption fee is $500. You must be 21 years old to adopt and provide vet and personal references. An application to adopt her can be found on our website www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com. Click on Adopt, then Dogs for Adoption, and scroll to the bottom of the page. Do not click on her profile or use autocorrect as the applications will not be sent. All applications are reviewed, and if we feel you might be a good fit for her, you will be contacted to arrange a home visit as well as for permission to speak with your vet. Repeated phone calls and emails with not advance your application. We are a volunteer, foster based rescue and there is no opportunity to meet her before an application has been approved. We thankyou for respecting these guidelines.
