Story
Rain is a stunningly gorgeous shepherd mix female that weighs 33 pounds of love & sweetness. She’s a playful, loving, active and smart puppy that loves having a routine. We encourage our puppy adopters to provide them with stability, structure, exercise, consistency, love and puppy training, to set them up for success.  Rain loves everyone she meets and she’s a typical playful puppy, who would be a great fit with an active and structured family. She loves going on walks and hikes and would love a yard so she can run her little heart out. She’s the complete puppy package that will be a great addition to any shepherd mix loving family wanting to add a six month old female puppy to their loving family.  Rain is spayed, microchipped, received two rounds of puppy boosters, her comprehensive fecal test, deworming and her influenza. Rain is packed and is looking forward to beautiful adventures with her loving forever family. If you're interested in adopting Rain, please fill out an application at www.doggiebonez.com. You can also check out our social media pages on Instagram (@Doggie_Bonez_Inc_) and Facebook (Doggie Bonez) to see more of Rain's cuteness. Our adoption fee for dogs, which includes vaccinations, fecal testing, wellness exams, microchipping, spaying, or neutering, is $500. If adoption isn't feasible, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long-term doggie foster families. Doggie Bonez will provide you with everything you need, including dog food, a bed, toys, medical attention (if required), and more. So, if you're interested, please visit www.doggiebonez.com to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their forever home and complete the foster application.November 12, 2024, 2:18 pm

Story
Meet beautiful Molly. She was found in the middle of nowhere, in the bones, and with too much fear, she tried to bite us until she could understand that we were not going to hurt her, we just wanted to help her, and she got on her belly, letting me know that she trusted me. She is a really sweet, intelligent, loving dog, she has too much love to give, and she needs to receive even more. She is a very loyal dog, and tends to dance with her front paws when she gets excited. She gets excited when she goes for a walk, she likes to see new places and sometimes she is a little shy at first with strangers but she understands quickly when people don't want to hurt her. On the contrary when she knows that people are a threat to her or to you, she is very protective. She gets along well with very few male dogs, she is dominant and does not usually play with other dogs, but she gets along very well with adults and children, she would be ideal for a family with small children, she knows how to measure her strength, and she is not at all rude with babies. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash. The adoption fee does not include transportation to North of San Diego

Story
Hi, I'm Sloan! I am about 8 years old and 65 lbs., and I’m told I’m such a special guy because I have a fantastic attitude about life, despite my tough start. Before being rescued, it was discovered I had been shot, leaving me blind in one eye. Don’t worry; this doesn't stop me from enjoying life to the fullest! I was also found with stab wounds and was extremely underweight. Despite a hard start, I have come a long way and I am healthy and happy now and looking for my furever home where I can love my people as much as they love me. Everyone says I really deserve that! One thing to know about me is that I LOVE water! I love to play but I do play a little rough, so a home with kids over 12 would be best. I enjoy other dogs if they are calm and respect my space. My dream home would be with a family who is active and likes to take walks, play ball with me, take me swimming or on a hike. Oh, and no cats, please! I can be vocal, but it's because I really like to hear myself talk. If you think I sound like a good fit for your family, please fill out an adoption application today!November 4, 2024, 8:32 pm

Story
How this pet arrived: Dodger was brought in by his previous owner on June 4, 2024. Why Dodger is the one for you:Meet Dodger! This adorable pup takes some time to warm up to new people and situations, but once he feels comfortable, his infectious smile is all yours! Dodger is an active boy and is looking for somebody to go on adventures with. He isn't the biggest fan of being left alone, and much prefers having someone around to keep him company. Dodger has a positive history with other dogs, but isn't a fan of sharing his food. This behavior is referred to as resource guarding and will need to be managed (feeding separated by a barrier, not leaving edible items out). This smart boy is bilingual, is crate trained, knows how to "sit" and would love to learn new tricks! Due to his "stranger danger," Dodger requires a patient family without young children (under 10). All household members must be present to meet this sweet boy. If you're ready to give Dodger the loving family he deserves, head over to our Oceanside campus today!
