Story
Alpine is a beautiful, friendly German Shepherd who enjoys playing and hanging out right next to her people. She is very happy-go-lucky, loves to fetch and explore. She is extremely smart and trainable. Being a Shepherd, we don't recommend a home with cats or small children. She can be okay with submissive dogs but prefers to have her people, food and toys to herself.

Story
We got Aspen as a puppy from a family while we lived in Houston, and she is now 4 years old. Her birthday is June 21, 2020. She is high energy but also very sweet and loves to lick people. Our family now has two infant children and we do not feel comfortable with her high energy around our children, although she has never bitten anyone. We are hoping to give her to a family with the space to let her run around outside (preferably a backyard or on some land). Some quirks about Aspen: She is afraid of the sound that the dishwasher makes and prefers to be in her crate or outside when dishwasher is running. She can lunge/bark at other dogs when on a leash and closely passing a dog, but when off leash she does like to play with other dogs and is friendly. She is protective but also loves people. She at first will bark at strangers, but then will just lick them and love being petted the whole time.
