Story
Meet Baby! A playful and loving three-year-old Domestic Short Hair from Delanco, NJ, who is a delightful bundle of joy wrapped in a soft orange tabby coat with touches of white. Baby is a cat who knows exactly what she wants in life: love, attention, and a serene home where she can be the star of the show! Baby’s journey began with a courageous decision when she chose to find a human family during a special time in her life. She arrived with a heart full of love, looking for the perfect place to raise her little ones. After her kittens found their own loving homes, Baby decided she was in the right spot to stay—and she’s been filling her family’s life with purrs and playful antics ever since. This small but spirited cat loves nothing more than to engage in a bit of fun, especially when it involves a string toy. Her playful side is matched by a unique quirk: Baby has a habit of sitting on any "prey" she catches, adding a touch of humor to her hunting games! After playtime, she thoroughly enjoys being pampered with a good wire-brush session, making her purr with contentment. When it comes to affection, Baby is a bit of a diva, preferring to cuddle on her terms. But once she’s ready to snuggle, she’s all in, especially with her favorite person! Rolling around on the floor is another one of her endearing habits, and you’ll often find her happily showing off her soft belly. While Baby is a delight with her human family, she’s made it clear that she’s not a fan of sharing her space with other animals. Her ideal home would be one where she’s the only pet, allowing her to bask in all the attention she so rightfully needs. Baby is also a bit sensitive around her hind legs, so gentle care is key to keeping her comfortable and happy. If you’re looking for an easy-to-maintain, easy-to-love feline companion who will bring joy, playfulness, and plenty of personality into your home, Baby might just be the purr-fect match! Are you ready to welcome this charming tabby into your heart and home? Contact us at adopt@joyfulpets.com to meet Baby and start a new chapter with her today!

Story
Meet Oscar! A gentle fourteen-year-old orange tabby Domestic Short Hair from Amherst, MA, who is the very definition of a low-key, loveable companion. With his sleek, sunny coat and large, cuddly frame, Oscar’s days are delightfully simple—he naps, begs for his favorite treats, and meows just to remind you that he's ready for some affection. His greatest joy? Following his favorite person from room to room, always on the lookout for a cozy snuggle! Though Oscar is in his golden years, he's in great health, fully up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, declawed, and microchipped. At twenty-two pounds, he's a large, huggable fellow who enjoys the quiet life. If you're looking for a peaceful companion, Oscar is your guy! He’s perfectly content spending most of his time lounging in his cat bed, but he does perk up for some playful moments with his flier bird toy or to greet you when it’s time for dinner. He's a chatty kitty, particularly around mealtime, letting you know exactly when it's time to eat—just in case you forget! Oscar has lived harmoniously with other cats in the past, though he can be a little timid at first. His ideal new home would be one without small children or dogs, as he tends to prefer a calmer environment where he can be the king of the castle. While he's sweet and affectionate, Oscar values his personal space, especially when it comes to unwanted touching or food delays, which might lead to a gentle nip if he’s feeling a bit overwhelmed. It’s all part of his charm—he's a senior cat who knows what he likes and isn't afraid to tell you! If you’re looking for a calm, easy-going feline friend who will bring warmth and companionship into your home, Oscar might be the perfect match. Story
We rescued Luna from underneath the car. She was very loving, friendly and sweet and came right to us and was very very hungry. We were excited to bring her into our home with two cats and two dogs already… Unfortunately, she does not get along with any of them and vice versa. She is a wonderful, sweet, loving petite Kitty, but she wants a family all of her own. She would be a great addition to a couple who is home and can give her the love and attention she deserves and needs.

Story
Truly lovely and affectionate 1-year old kittens who sadly need a new home. Located in Western MA. They have been indoor only, and are all up to date, seen by the vet, and healthy. Soup is white/gray, very smart, curious and playful; she is aloof but will come in close when she wants. Toast is a brown/tabby and a love bug; she is very affectionate and wants to be pet generously. They are bonded since 1 month, and play, eat, sleep together and share everything including their litter boxes. Our child has allergy issues that continue to get more severe. We are only interested in homes that can keep them together. Our home is quiet with young children. Occasional guests are never an issue for the cats. We have tons of their things we could provide to help them with the move.
