Story
Introducing Tina and Buttercup, two charming feline companions who are ready to find their forever home together! These spirited girls complement each other beautifully-Tina, the delightful tuxedo kitten, is brimming with energy and affection, while Buttercup, with her playful antics and vibrant personality, guarantees endless entertainment and love.Tina is your typical tuxedo kitten, full of charm and silliness. She adores playing with her siblings and curling up for some good old-fashioned cuddles. Tina is curious and eager to explore her surroundings, making her a fantastic addition to any loving home. She has the potential to thrive in a household with children or other pets, given the right introductions.Buttercup is a friendly and spirited feline who captures hearts with her expressive eyes and mischievous nature. While she brings a lively vibe to the household, she may be better suited for homes with older children or other animals, again with proper introductions. Buttercup's antics promise to keep you entertained and engaged. Both Tina and Buttercup came to the SPCA from a rural property with an overwhelming number of cats and kittens. Their rough start exposed them to various parasites and viruses, but thanks to the care they received, they have undergone treatments and are now healthy and vaccinated. However, due to their previous exposure, we recommend that any resident cats are up to date on their vaccinations. It's important to note that they should both be kept as indoor cats to ensure their continued health and safety.Could you be the special someone to give Tina and Buttercup the loving home they deserve? If you're ready to welcome this dynamic duo into your family, apply in person or online at:https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/Bring home the joy and love that only these two can offer-together! Meet Midnight! This gorgeous older lady is quite shy and quiet but full of personality. Midnight was surrendered to us when her owner couldn't care for her anymore. She loves treats and has taken to coming out and greeting us during our daily rounds. She is also the queen of head boops! Midnight would be happiest being the only feline in the home. Midnight was recently diagnosed with some mild allergies, and since being started on a special diet for her allergies has been so much happier and outgoing! Future adopters will need to be prepared to continue her on her prescribed diet so can remain happy and healthy for many years to come!If you're interested in Midnight, please complete an application online on the website below:https://spca.bc.ca/survey/cat-adoption-application-kelowna. Story
Meet Tarot, Tarot and his sister Oracle came into our care as stray's so we don't know a ton about their history. While in care he has shown herself to be a very sweet, gentle guy who really comes out of his shell when shown affection. He is quite anxious in the shelter environment but we believe he will likely be a lot more comfortable in a home as the shelter environment can be quite stressful for some cats. He did come into care with another cat, Oracle, and is much comfier when she's around, so we think they would be happiest going to a home together. If you're looking for 2 gentle souls to join your home please consider Tarot and Oracle! If you're interested in Tarot, please complete an application online on the website below. Story
Meet the gorgeous Gypsy! This sweet girl came to us struggling with some medical issues, but after months of determination and care, we've found the right treatment for her. Gypsy has been diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which means she will need lifelong medications and a special prescription diet to keep her happy and healthy. Now that her health is under control, Gypsy is showing off her sassy Bengal personality! She loves her people but prefers gentle pats on her own terms and definitely does not want to be picked up-she's an independent lady at heart. Though relatively quiet for a Bengal, when she does speak, she certainly makes her presence known! Gypsy is very adamant about being the only pet in her forever home.Does Gypsy sound like the perfect fit for you?
