Story
Hey there, it's Shelton! I may be a little guy at 2.7lbs, but I've got a big heart! I've already had all my vaccinations, been microchipped, neutered, and tested negative for FIV/FLV.   I'll admit, I can be a bit shy at first, but once I warm up to you, I'm a total sweetheart. I just need a little time to adjust to new surroundings. My future family should know that I might need some time to relax and settle in, but I promise I'll come out of my shell.   I do have a slight heart murmur, but my amazing doctor says I'll probably grow out of it. It's nothing major, just something to keep in mind. I thrive in a stress-free environment, so a little patience and understanding will go a long way with me.   I get along great with other cats, dogs, and older kids who are gentle and won't overwhelm me. I would love to have a young kitty playmate at home to keep me company and have fun with.   Overall, I'm a lovable little guy who just needs some time and love to blossom. I can't wait to find my forever family who will appreciate me for who I am. ##2099510##

Story
Hey there, folks! I'm Harriet, born on April 19 and weighing in at a whopping 2.15 lbs - yep, I'm a teeny tiny girl! I've got all my age-appropriate vaccinations and I'm microchipped, but hey, I'm not spayed yet because, well, I'm just too small for that adventure! I am also negative for FIV/FLV!   My absolute favorite thing in the world is snuggling up on people's chests and listening to their comforting heartbeat. And don't even get me started on playing with my sisters - it's a blast! So, it's a must that I go to my forever home with one of them, or at least have another young kitty pal to play and learn from.   I've rubbed paws with dogs and kids before, and let me tell ya, I'm cool with them. But hey, slow introductions are key to make sure we all get along great!   Located in private foster in Danbury, CT   Approved application required prior to setting up a meet and greet   Please call your vet ahead of time to give them permission to release a reference - this will significantly expedite the application process!    Application to adopt - www.astdogrescue.com/cat-application ##2099498##

Story
My name is Stapleton and guess what? I was born on April 15th! I wanted to share a little more about myself with you all. I've been through all my vet check-ups, I'm neutered, microchipped, and I've tested negative for FIV/FLV. So you can rest assured that I'm all set and healthy.   I have to admit, I can come off as a bit shy and reserved when we first meet. But here's the thing - I absolutely love socializing with other furry friends like cats and dogs. It warms my heart when kids are respectful of my boundaries too. It may take me some time to fully open up to new people, but trust me, a few treats go a long way in winning me over. However, I do best in a home where my new family is understanding and patient with me as I adjust to my new surroundings.   Because I can be a little timid around humans initially, it's incredibly important for me to be placed in a loving home with another kitten my age or a friendly young cat. I truly believe that with the right family, I can blossom into the most loving companion. I am beyond excited at the thought of finding my forever family. Could that family be yours? ##2099509##

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Amos (orange) and Andi (B/w) were born around Aug 7 and they were being given away on social media after living outside for their short little lives. I couldn't stand the thought of them not having great homes so I got them. They were thin but otherwise healthy. They are both so loving and friendly. Watching them play makes me giggle. They are so funny and happy. They will be fixed and finished with vaccines by the end of October and ready to go to their forever homes. Their adoption fee is $165 and includes vaccines, alter, deworming, negative fecal and FIv/FeLk tests, microchipped and flea/tick and heartworm prevention. If you are interested in adopting please submit the application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRR/Cat You can check us out at funnyfarmpets.org where you can read all about our TN based rescue and how the adoption and transport process works. These babies are fostered in TN and will need a health certificate and transport to go to the Northeast which will be an additional $115
