Meet Freeze Tag. He came to Charming Pet Rescue from death row in Uvalde, Texas. This little guy is as sweet as apple pie. He likes everyone he meets. Freeze Tag is a quiet boy, but he loves to play. He gets along with other cats and dogs without issue. He adores all people and everyone is a friend. Freeze Tag likes to be a part of what you are doing and it's not uncommon for him to follow us around the room, sit on a shoulder or back or snuggle on a lap. Sunny and Sully are 2 are some of the cutest babies we’ve ever seen. Born mid-September (approximately), these sweet babies are looking for their forever homes. They LOVE human contact and getting lots of love. These sweet babies are loving their full access to food (they’re eating dry), and they are already litter box trained. They have not met doggies yet as we do not want to put too much stress on them, but we believe with time and patience, they would be able to live happily in a home with cat friendly dogs. Other kitties are no issue! Sunny and Sully LOVE to play, snuggle and just be kitties. These babies love their cat trees in their cat room and are just learning what toys are. They have a ball climbing to top of the cat towers and pretending to be the king and queen of the room. They are good size kitties and we believe they will be bigger boys – so young children are not a problem as we know even at this age, they can get away from them with no problems! If you’re looking for a sweet, fun, entertaining kitty to add to your home, please consider adopting 1, or both, of these awesome kitties. Emelia is a sweet, beautiful 1 ½ yr old cat with long hair, who arrived with mom and brother, Luca. Mom was adopted and the two siblings have bonded while at the shelter. Small but mighty! Winnie is a fiesty little girl who loves to play and isn't afraid to pounce on a kitten twice her size. A minute later she turns into a purring machine and cuddles in some petting and chin scratches. She came to us with a severe upper respiratory infection that impacted her eye. She did not lose her eye but it does have a corneal scar. It does not require medical treatment and does not slow Winnie down at all!This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home! Munchkin is a sweet girl who gets along with cats. She would like a playmate in her forever home. Children in the home must be at least 8 years old. ******************************************************************************************************** Our adoption process: Prospective adopters must be at least 25 years old and live in Connecticut. You meet the cat(s) in whom you’re interested (we’re a foster-based organization and our cats are in several locations). If after meeting the cat(s) you want to proceed to adoption, we will email our application to you; please return it within 48 hours. We call the animal hospitals you’ve used in the last five years for a reference and do a home visit by video chat. If you’re approved, you sign an adoption contract, we email the cat’s/cats’ medical paperwork to you and we meet at the PetSmart adoption center for you to pick up the cat(s) and receive a coupon booklet from PetSmart. The adoption fee is $250 per cat and must be paid in cash; this includes but isn’t limited to, spay or neuter, vaccinations, worming, flea/tick prevention, and microchip.

Ralph is an 8 year old male that is nothing short of purrfection! He’s very playful, handsome, loves attention and occasional belly rubs and even has a bit of fun mischief in him, he’ll be sure to keep you entertained! He loves to eat and will chatter up a storm and trill when he’s about to get food. He’s looking for his forever home where he can be loved and have lots of playtime. Ideally he will do best as an only pet to be king of his castle.
