This seasoned tuxedo cat is looking for a home that will appreciate his sweet demeanour and his surprisingly loud and fierce rock star meow.Alice is very playful for a 17 year old cat! Despite his feminine name, he is in fact a handsome boy. He loves ribbons and wand toys, catnip kickers and foam balls. He's tries frequently to sit in boxes and paper bags because this curious cat loves exploring his environment. He will frequently march around the laptop fully alert when he hears the birds on Cat TV singing. What Alice seems to love most however, is receiving head and chin scritches from his humans. He will often lay across your leg purring loudly the entire time, and holding onto you appreciatively. When he's had enough, he'll move away with no fuss and no drama. Alice's meow can sound very demanding, but he can't help it - he only has one volume and one tone. From a distance, he does look like a grumpy shock rock star but he isn't mean and is more likely to strut over to you for pets and/or just to hang out.As an older cat, Alice does enjoy soft blankets - especially if they are in a pile - and he naps frequently. He is not disruptive at night, but he does prefer to have company often so Alice would thrive best in a home where he has a person/people around most of the time.
