Story
Meet Rhett. Rhett is a high energy, all things puppy little guy who is ready to launch himself (literally) into his next adventure. He’s 3-4 months old, bouncy, curious, mischievous, and absolutely convinced the world is his playground. He LOVES other dogs and will need a playful canine friend in his new home who can keep up with his nonstop wrestling, chasing, and zoomies. Like any growing pup, he’s still learning about the world, which means he’s currently very into biting everything (including you) with his sharp puppy teeth, and he can jump impressively high for his age. His future family should be ready for training, structure, and lots of positive reinforcement as he grows into his big personality. We don’t know his exact breed mix, but based on his current size, we expect he’ll be around 30 lbs or so once fully grown (though we could absolutely be wrong!). He currently weighs 12 lbs. What we do know is that he’s sweet, social, and eager to bond with his people. He is vaccinated, neutered, and ready to start his next chapter with a family who appreciates a spirited, goofy, energetic puppy and is excited to help him become the amazing dog he’s meant to be. If you’re looking for a fun and endlessly entertaining companion, and you have a dog who’s ready for a new best friend, this little rocket is waiting for you. Give us a call or PM if you would like to meet him.

Story
Beans is a handsome, lean, long legged, tall young guy (about a year old, 50 lbs) who looks like he was built for adventure. Whether you love biking, hiking, trail running, or exploring wide open spaces, this guy is ready to be your athletic sidekick. He’s a social butterfly with other dogs and loves to play, chase, wrestle, and romp. With cats, he’s been a mix of curious but unsure. He hasn’t interacted with them directly, but he seemed a little intimidated by the cats he saw in their condos. He hasn’t met kids while in our care, so slow, thoughtful introductions would be best if there are children in the home. Beans is still very much a young dog, which means he’s full of enthusiasm. Sometimes too full. He loves people so much that he tends to jump up hard when he’s excited, so he’ll need some guidance and consistency to learn polite greetings. He knows a couple of basic commands already, but like most one year olds, he’ll benefit from refreshers, structure, and continued training. What he lacks in manners, he makes up for in heart. Beans is eager, affectionate, and absolutely ready for a family. If you’re looking for a dog who will match your energy, join your adventures, and stay by your side, Beans is your guy.
