Story
This guy is the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. T-rex had a rough time before coming to us and just needs the right person to see his gentle heart! Although he may act like a fool in his kennel, once he has his person he can trust there's nothing keeping him apart from you. T-rex is a lover and wants nothing more than a nice warm bed, plenty of yard space to let him roam, and a person who loves him just as much as he will love them. He would benefit from some manners and understanding the world outside, so socializing and getting him out and about will get him his adventuring fix. Don’t get me started on his love for food, and don't be surprised if he loves food more than you! Who could blame him? All in all this guy is looking to spread his love to anyone who will take it, so if you want some big ole T-Rex love, come meet him today!

Story
This gal will catch your eye just based on her ears. Just take a look at how big they are! Miss Sora came to us all the way from Colorado and is looking for a fresh new start. We were told she has some stranger danger, although since she has been with us we have yet to meet someone this girl does not like. She is a simple gal, just looking for a place that will spoil her from her ears to her tail! We have found her favorite way to cuddle is if you sit down and give her all the belly rubs. She is such a sucker for some rubs, and could sit for hours letting you pet on her. We have previously believed she may not have been too keen on having another animal friend in the household, however after some work and not giving up hope, we retested! We have found she does really well with a possible feline friend, however she is extremely picky with doggie friends. That’s okay though, she enjoys having the attention on her anyways! All in all Sora is a very sweet gal who is simply looking for that special person to spoil her to no end. If she sounds like just the gal for you, come meet her today!

This guy was named for one reason and one reason only, he is on a mission to fulfill his Legacy! Which of course can only be finding the perfect furever home to relax in! Although this guy is a bit older, he still plays like a puppy. Just prancing around the yards, chasing after the ball, anything he can do to have fun. He is easily excited and shows it off with his zoomies! Oh and the cuddles, this guy would die for endless cuddles. He is always seeking his person’s attention and will follow you around everywhere you go. Just look at his cute, salt and pepper face. How could you not want to squish it! All in all, Legacy is a laid back guy, with the occasional zoomies! Looking to settle into a new furever home. SO if he sounds like the guy for you, come meet Legacy today!

Story
Meet Miss Oakley! A big ball of fluff, who I swear has a face. It’s just covered by that beautiful coat of hers! Oakley here is a bit of a funky one. She likes to dance alone a lot, and doesn’t seem to know how to bark. She does however know how to howl, scream, and vocalize her wishes! You’d think she's part Husky with those lungs of hers. Now the only thing off about this gal is she can be a nervous nelly when meeting new people or visiting new environments. She will need some time to adjust, although it usually only takes a couple of minutes and some good tasting treats! We also do recommend some research on the breed as Great Pyrenees tend to have certain instincts of protection. She will also need that big coat of hers kept up with. She absolutely loves being brushed! All in all, Miss Oakley is a joy to hang around with and would love nothing more than a big yard and a fun companion to show off her quirky moves! So if you think this big gal is worth the fluff, come meet Oakley today!

Story
Rewinding to about a year ago in February, Merle had made an appearance with his brother, Melvin. When we were introduced to the two brothers, they both were very reserved and unsure about what was going on in the world around them. Because of this we thought it’d be best to keep them together as their anxieties seemed to disappear when the other was near. Since then we have found they both are actually perfect on their own and have flourished into better versions of themselves, especially from how they were when they arrived. Now with Melvin, he can be a bit more outgoing and seeming ready to take on the world. However he does still have some reserves himself, trusting people is his biggest anxiety. Although he has never shown aggression, Melvin does what we call “shut down”, meaning when a situation arises where he feels too anxious, he shuts down and doesn’t move until he feels safe. He will need help learning that new people are not so bad, even though his trust has to be earned before he can be taken home. We do require multiple meet and greet because of this so he can feel as safe as possible with his new potential owner. Other than that, we are still actively working on teaching him how to be a dog with leash training. He will still need help with basic obedience and navigating a household so patience and tender love are the ways to go with this guy. So if you are willing to take on a project, and this guy looks right for you, come meet Melvin today!
