Mo

Mountain Cur Shepherd (Unknown Type)

Male, 3 yrs 5 mos
Sheridan, WY
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs special attention, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Grab a ball and play some catch, and Mo is set! Mo’s ideal day would be a long hike in the mountains, and then coming home with the family to BBQ in the backyard. He loves affection and is quick to seek out a good belly rub. This boy is also “good dog” (our Better Canine training program) certified and is all trained up for his new family! Mo is currently our longest dog resident and is just looking for a home to care for him and love him wholeheartedly. He does struggle with a medical issue involving one of his ears. If you are interested in Mo, our veterinarian will meet with you to discuss his needs further. If this ball of energy sounds like your guy, come meet Mo today! Extra Info on Mo: Mo has been in our care since March 2nd of 2022. When he came here it became apparent that there was something wrong with his ear. It would break open and bleed whenever he would shake his head (which was a lot). Our vet diagnosed him with vasculitis affecting his pinna (pinna being a fancy word for ear). With the proper treatment, he is doing much better! He is a goofy dog with the biggest smile! He likes his ball A LOT. He is always walking around with his ball and doesn’t like to let it go. He loves cuddles and attention.

Story
Under the sea, under the sea, darling it's better with this guy around, take it from me! Get your boats undocked and set sails for the reef this guy dwells in, cause he is quite the catch. Shrimps on the higher end of the energy level spectrum, so be prepared for lots of zoomies! Because of his energy however, we do recommend some basic training to help keep his mind active and to learn some household manners. He’s a jumpy boy! Shrimp would thrive best in an active household with lots, and I mean lots, of fun outside time. Don’t worry if you’re the cuddle type as this guy always wants to be touching his person, especially for nap time. So if your passenger seat is looking lonely, and you don't mind doing some deep sea fishing, come snag this cute crustacean up today!

Story
This guy is the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. T-rex had a rough time before coming to us and just needs the right person to see his gentle heart! Although he may act like a fool in his kennel, once he has his person he can trust there's nothing keeping him apart from you. T-rex is a lover and wants nothing more than a nice warm bed, plenty of yard space to let him roam, and a person who loves him just as much as he will love them. He would benefit from some manners and understanding the world outside, so socializing and getting him out and about will get him his adventuring fix. Don’t get me started on his love for food, and don't be surprised if he loves food more than you! Who could blame him? All in all this guy is looking to spread his love to anyone who will take it, so if you want some big ole T-Rex love, come meet him today!
