Story

Sweet Ginger is being returned to us after being in a home about 5 months. They loved her and are heartbroken but Ginger has high prey drive for free roaming chickens. That being said she must have a secure fenced in yard, a privacy fence is preferred or at least one that is 5 ft high. She seems to be fine with other dogs after a proper introduction including small ones. Ginger could also flourish as an only dog as she loves her people. She has not been around cats so we are unsure but based on her prey drive a home without cats would be best. Children should be older and respectful. Ginger is about 8 years old and 50 lbs, a nice manageable size. She is fully vetted and had a dental last fall. Ginger is housetrained and loves to ride in the car. She can be left with the run of the house while you are gone without issue. Ginger has the most adorable smile, we think it is adorable. Meet Tubbs. We are finding a new home for this boy due to his current caregiver's work schedule. We are thinking he is around 4 years old as his current caregiver only adopted him about a year ago. Tubbs weighs around 55 pounds. He is Aussie /Blue Heeler mix. Tubbs is house trained and crate trained. He has been around a few children and has done well. He would do best as the only dog and probably no cats. He is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Tubbs is a very sweet boy who enjoys cuddles and loves to explore outside. His adoption fee is $175. I first adopted Boomer in November of 2021, from a shelter while living in Florida! Which makes him about 7 years old. All of my friends and family commonly referred to as “the sweetest boy”. Probably because how much he loves to cuddle. His favorite things are going on jogs, hikes, or playing tug. He is a high energy dog when you want him to be but sleepy dog most of the time so he will be ready for any fun adventure! House trained and trained on basic commands. However, Boomer must be in a one dog household. My family and I recently had the blessing of bringing in the life of our son. Which puts us in a desperate situation due to the fact Boomer and one of his other brothers no longer get along. Hoping to find our pup a new forever home.

We adopted Yoda, formerly known as Honda, from a family friend at 4 months old. He is now 9 months old and a phenomenal dog for someone who is at home. We both work very busy schedules and he’s in a huge stainless steel crate but he manages to escape and shred if left unattended. Fully crate trained to sleep inside at night. Husky’s are known for being escape artists which we knew, but we don’t have the time anymore or money to keep replacing items when he escapes while we’re at work. He loves children, toddler age included. He does jump quite a bit as a puppy would. He is a phenomenal dog and we would love to keep him if we could only get him to behave while nobody is home. He needs somewhere loving, with lots of toys. He is completely potty trained at nighttime in the crate and when outside of crate but when left unattended will pee. He isn’t fixed due to age and behind on shots. He does have his first few though, just time and behavior stopped us from having the money to keep giving

Meet sweet Auggie!!! His caregiver is terminally ill so a new home needed to be found. How heartbreaking for him, I’m sure he is so confused. Auggie is a collie maybe mixed with shepherd. He is 4 1/2 years old and 50 pounds. Auggie is neutered, up to date on vaccines and heartworm tested negative. He is great with kids and other dogs. Auggie has not been around cats but his temperament leads me to believe he would be fine. He is house trained and rides great in the car. He also is neutered and has had to have his tail docked due to happy tail. He is currently around other dogs and does well but does occasionally have jealousy with them and does not share toys well. He is also currently living with children but he is not doing well with having multiple children in the household. His ideal home would be in home with one child.
