Frankincense, or Frank, is currently in foster care. He is a gentle senior soul that gets along with all dogs, loves to snuggle, and prefers your pillow over any dog bed. He is sensitive around his neck and a little head shy but never aggressive. He uses steps to get on and off the bed and the couch because of a narrowing in his spine that limits his mobility and causes him pain at certain angles. He tolerates crating but much prefers to be loose when you are gone. We are considering this guy a medical special needs case, so if you're interested in potential adoption, please reach out to us so we can discuss his needs. Check out this handsome guy! Courage is currently our biggest resident, and is big gentle giant! When Courage came to us he initially was pretty nervous, but since gaining his trust he has really opened up. Courage is now a social butterfly and loves meeting new people. Courage appears to be potty trained and knows a couple of basic skills like "sit" and his favorite; "sit pretty"! Courage is a go with the flow type of guy, happily content to laze around on a comfy bed or go for an adventure. Courage does well with other dogs, though he comes on strong and likes to play rough so he would do best with other medium-large and playful dogs. Crash came to us as a stray and we are still getting to know him. So far we can tell you that Crash is an outgoing, happy, playful guy! Crash is a lover of all things food, throw some yummy treats this guy's way and he'll be your best friend. Despite his size he is just one big puppy, and he would benefit from positive reinforcement based training to help him catch up on basics like leash manners and obedience. He is a smart, food motivated guy, and we think he will take to training quickly! Miss Ginny has had a tough go of it so far, but she is hoping you'll help her turn her luck around. Ginny came to us as a stray with another dog, and we are still getting to know her. So far we can tell that Ginny is pretty perfect! She can be a little shy with both new people and new dogs at first, but once she warms up she is so sweet and affectionate. Ginny came to us in rough shape with some gross skin and missing hair, but thankfully she is on the mend now and looking better every day! Because of Ginny's skin issues she is likely to require a special diet and ongoing medical care, so a good relationship with your veterinarian is required.
