Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, my name is Remy and I love to run and play in the yard.  I would make a great running partner since I have lots of energy.  I'm not a fan of kitties but I do like some dogs, with a slow introduction.  I would do best with older kids since I get very excited and might knock the little ones down by accident.  I am anxiously looking for my forever home and I hope you are the one that will give me a chance.  I am still pretty young and have lots of love to give.  Remy's adoption fee is $175; he is neutered, micro-chipped, and up-to-date on all of his vaccines. If you are interested in meeting Remy, please contact us at adoption@ihadro.org or, you can find an adoption application at www.ihadro.org/formVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 14, 2024, 12:22 am

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Jackson is young handsome boy looking for a person to throw his ball! Would that be you?  Here are some fun facts about Jack(son)!  -Jackson knows sit, down and roll over. He is super smart and very eager to learn more. -Jackson loves toys- balls, Kong’s, squeaky toys, you name it!! He can entertain himself for hours!  -Jackson is a fun and goofy boy. You will be guaranteed to laugh with him!  -Jackson also enjoys car rides, laying in the sun and giving slobbery kisses!  In the shelter, Jackson was in play group with other dogs. He will need a dog companion to be patient and someone that will show him the ropes! He should be in the house with older children, as he is a big strong boy and no kitties. He is looking for an owner who wants to put as much love into him as he has to give. Can you give Jackson a chance?  Adoption applications can be found at  www.ihadro.org   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 14, 2024, 12:22 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Harrison is approx. 10 years old, he is very well mannered, walks well on a leash, crate & house trained.  He loves to sit outside and go for walks. He also loves toys.   He can be very protective of his home and family.   He does have a strong prey drive, so he would do best in a home without cats. Harrison doesn't always understand his own strength/size, so would probably do best in a home with older children. Harrison's adoption fee is $175. He is neutered, UTD on vacccines, micro-chipped, and HW tested.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 14, 2024, 12:22 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Helloooooooo!! My name is Smoke. My foster mom likes to make up songs about me, and sometimes she calls me Smokey, Smokey Bones and Smokestack. Life for me hasn't always been great..... My last person kept me chained on a very short chain in the kitchen or crated, unless they wanted to use me for a stud dog. Then, they stopped feeding me. I don't really know don't know why they did that to me. One day a lady calling herself a Guardian came and took me on a car ride. My owner told the Guardian that the neighbor had poisoned me, so they took me to the doctor. I was so happy to break free from those chains. Truth is, I just needed food, and love. The next day, I met my foster mom. Although she loves me very much, she tells me that I can't stay with her forever. She promised me that she would love me until my new person finds me.   I have never really had the opportunity to be a puppy, so now.....I am making up for lost time. I love my foster kids, but I I'm going to need some time and patience so a home with older kids would be best. My biggest downfall is that I just get too excited and want to jump. I loved my foster brothers though (3yrs & 11yrs) and am very protective. I need a patient person/family that can give me lots of exercise and is willing to set boundaries and continue to work on my manners. Im a big boy and I like to go full speed.   I am not really a fan of smaller animals, like cats. They look like toys, but they don't like when I play with them. I like some other medium to large easy going dogs but would require a slow introduction.
