Story
Katie is originally from Kentucky, but ended up dumped in Ohio at the seven mile bridge. She had to be trapped because of how terrified she was, and then was taken to animal control before we rescued her. Unfortunately she still does take some time to warm up to strangers. She is so very sweet once she knows you can be trusted, and uses other dogs as a security blanket.November 15, 2024, 2:29 pm

Story
Our sweet girl Royal came to us after she was found tied to a pole in rural Indiana and found herself in a shelter that cannot do public adoptions. She is a 1.5 year old - DoB 08/03/2023 - 50lb house hippo princess (hence her name). She has good leash manners after she winds down from being all over you demanding attention - she loves eveyone she meets, even though she shouldn't after what she has been through. She is potty trained & crate trained & VERY dog friendly with both female and male dogs! She is also super smart & food motivated and also loves squeaky toys.

Story
Wren is a 9 month old puppy who was found wandering the streets extremely emaciated. Animal control took her in and she joined our rescue after her stray hold because the facility cannot facilitate adoptions to the public. Wren can be timid at first, but quickly warms up and loves to snuggle. She is good with dogs, cats & kids and is kennel trained and does well on a leash.
