This gorgeous boy is a 4 year-old greyhound mix. He is a designer greyhound - part Greyhound, part German Shepherd. Everyone who has worked with Bobby says he is totally awesome. He has tons of personality. He is shy initially, but then warms up and will shower you with kisses. Bobby likes kids and has lived with kids in his previous home. Bobby would do well in a suburban home as a family dog. An adopter with big dog or German Shepherd experience would be a plus! Bobbie is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. No cats or small dogs please. Bobbie will thrive in a home with a fenced in yard. He will be a fun companion! Note: Bobby is located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois (approx. 30 miles west of Chicago. Buzz is a retired field trial racing greyhound. Buzz joined the American Lurcher Project a few weeks ago. He is a very nice boy who loves to be around people. He is playful, but calm and friendly to all. No cats for this boy. He has been neutered and is heartworm negative. He is currently boarding at Celina, Ohio. This boy will need a fenced in yard so he can run and play. This boy has shed his coat and is now looking sleek and gorgeous. He is all around great boy and will make an awesome pet.

Katie retired early from field trial racing. She is a field trial racing greyhound. This lovely and friendly girl is ready for her retirement couch. She is currently boarding at Celina, Ohio. She joined the American Lurcher Project team a couple months ago. She turned two years old August. She loves to play and meet people and is now looking for her new family. NO CATS please. Oreo was born February 2022. He is a big handsome boy with a weight at 71.4 pounds. A very sweet, friendly and social boy who loves spending time with people. He does have the best ears as you can see. This boy loves loves being petted. He will make the best companion for some lucky family. He is young and will need a fenced in yard to play. He is good with other dogs, but not the kitties. He is currently boarding at Celina, Ohio. Oreo is heartworm negative and microchipped.

Pepper Jack is related to other cheese named hounds. Munster, Copper, Feta and Brie are siblings to Pepper Jack. Pepper Jack is a most friendly and social boy who loves being petted. He does well around other dogs. He has not been tested with cats. His birth date is 12/9/2022. His weight was 75 pounds coming into the Pet Center. Look at the long white tail Pepper Jack is waving around!! Pepper Jack is Heartworm negative and microchipped. Pepper Jack will need a fully fenced in yard.

Handsome Smokie was born 7/3/2021. He injured his back leg in April. He is healed and doesn't limp. Smokie was retired so he wouldn't reinjure his leg running on the hard ground. Smokie has two brothers Dunkin and Donut. Smokie is such a sweetheart and very friendly boy who has a playful and funny side to him. He loves toys and being around people. No kitties or small dogs for Smokie. Smokie will need a fully fenced yard so he can run and play. This stunning boy will make a truly awesome companion.
