Story
My wife and I adopted Ricky from a family friend. Dad is a purebred border collie, and Mom is a purebred American pitbull. We were looking for a younger friend for our one dog to keep her active. After having two kids (a 2-year-old daughter and a 2-month-old son), making sure Ricky gets time to play and keeping up with cleaning has become too much for us. Ricky is a very loving dog and loves to play. He needs playtime and affection, but our children are not big enough to play with him. He doesn't know his own size and thinks that everybody loves "kisses." Which doesn't work well with a toddler and an infant. It's really hard for us to ask for someone to adopt him because he has been such a great pet, but we worry for the safety of our children due to his size and lack of knowing how big he is. He likes to play rough and needs a home where he has space to run around and play with other animals. He has never nipped or bit at our children or other people. Willing to pay to re-home.

Story
We found Brutus in a trailer park after he was abandoned by his original owner. He's a young dog, but he hates being left alone and he has some behavioral issues. (gets excited and will jump on you without any warning which can be a little scary to some people) He loves chewing things. He's a great walking dog, always on high alert. He's a sweet boy, but a little slow. All he needs is someone who has enough time on their hands to train him. His groin area may need surgery that we cannot afford. He has a permanent "lipstick" and he pees in a different direction. He cannot sit properly and will lay on his butt rather than a normal sit pose like a regular dog. He cannot tolerate any wet food. Ultimately, we are already breaking the bank with our elderly dog Oakley that is nearing the end stages of her life and we would like to focus on her health during this difficult time as we are also moving in a week.

Story
I found Buddy as a stray when he was hanging around an apartment complex for several days. He kept trying to follow people into their apartments and slept at their doors. I suspect someone moved out and left him. I took him in to shelter him and advertised for the owner in case he was missed. No microchip or tags. I can only keep him temporarily as I already have two dogs and two cats, I have to keep them separate. This is because of my older male and not because of him. He is very friendly toward everybody and is a sweet affectionate dog. I estimated his age, but he seems very young and still has a lot of puppy behavior like chewin, tearing up paper. He does not seem dangerous to cats, but does want to chase them. Buddy is an intact male about 46lbs. I do not know his vet history, but he had an appointment for an exam and vaccinations on November 5 is now up to date. The vet estimated his age as close to 1 year.

Story
Miko is an AMAZING DOG! He lives in a home with 3 children under 4 years of age and is amazing with them. We are rehoming him because we have cats and other dogs in the home that he does not get along with. He gets along with our female husky but not our other male dogs or the cats. He does amazing on walks, loves to cuddle, has a funny and silly personality so be prepared to laugh. He does amazing at doctors appts. He knows paw, wait till you say “yes” to eat, crate trained, doesn’t pee in the house or chew anything. Doesn’t dig or try to run away Doesn’t bark at anything on walks or try to chase after anything. He loves the water and walks. And just wants love and cuddles and food. We desperately want to find him a home. And will even buy some bags of food to help out in his new home! Please consider Miko
