I'm young and full of life. People say I'm sweet and friendly, but I like to think I'm just being me. I'm curious about everything, which makes me a bit of a goofball sometimes. But hey, that's just part of my charm! I love to play, and I've got energy to spare. I'm also pretty independent, so I won't mind if you need some 'me' time. But don't let my independent streak fool you; I'm fiercely loyal and love nothing more than spending time with my favorite humans. My spirit is akin to Ed the hyena from the Lion King - full of mischief and fun. And, like an Irish mobster, I'm full of charm and charisma. Adopting me would mean endless laughter, love, and adventure. If you're looking for a dog with personality, I'm your girl. Fennec is a gorgeous bully bread who is all muscles, with mountain peak ears and hazy green eyes. You could spend all day counting his chocolate chip-like spots. Fennec is about 3 years old and weighs under 50lbs. He knows his basic manners such as sit, stay, lay down, and off. He is also a proper gentleman and keeps his kennel clean through the night. Fennec loves anything soft and warm! He will snuggle under any blanket with you. Just make sure he has his own Squishmellow! Don't let the snuggles fool you though! Fenn loves to romp around in the yard and play with his foster family. He loves to make friends but can get anxious to meet others. He will need proper introductions and time to get to know his new friends. Once time to adapt, Fennec gets along well with other dogs and cats! Hey! My name is Zephyr and I am so happy that MVPC took a chance on me! I was about 7-8 weeks old when they saw my sad picture at an overcrowded shelter. I was a stray who obviously had something wrong with my back legs. They looked like chicken wings (my knees pointed outward/toes touching) < >...just like that! I went to MVPC's vet and had consults at OSU lined up but it turned out.....my own puppy PT was all that I needed. Everyone says that I might have been kept in a small carrier that didn't allow me to move or even stand. Once I got to my foster home I grew stronger by the day and have turned out to be a super good MVP! I love running, playing & eating. Snuggling is awesome too - once I've gotten the wiggles out. I am working hard at doggie manners, house breaking, crate training and leash training. I am getting out to events now and enjoy all of the pets & belly rubs. If you're looking for the cutest MVP - here I am!!! Hi, my name is Montgomery but my friends call me Monty! I'm a pretty handsome fella. I'm quite the mix of breeds but they all equal AMAZING! Take a look at my pics to see my DNA test. I'm good with kids and other dogs. I'm super energetic and love to play fetch. I had a rough start to life and have some medical issues - nothing major! The nice people at MVPC and MedVet have taken great care of me. I had an FHO in hopes of bettering my quality of life. I had what their vet is describing as birth deformity’s in both his back leg/hip, and front leg, and while I do walk and run a little funny, the Vet has assured us all that my quality of life is good and with the right owner I should be able to live comfortably for a long time. I also have arthritis in his front leg and may require anti inflammatories to be comfortable for the long term. BUT, I have been cleared for adoption and is “as good as it gets” moving forward. Even though I may move a little funny it doesn't slow me down one bit! I'm ready to find my forever family to love and live my best life! Hi, I'm Joey! I was stranded at an overcrowded shelter and luckily MVPC saw me and rescued me. I am just about the sweetest, laid-back boy you'll ever meet. I love being outside, playing with my foster siblings, toys and snacks! I have my basic commands down and am pretty good at recall! My crate manners are excellent and I will go to my "room" when you follow me. My fomma says I'm one pretty smart guy! I need a family that will make sure I continue to remember my manners - I'm still a puppy and need to be reminded every so often. Please understand that while I am great on potty and crate training, I will have accidents and may whine some as I adjust to my new schedule and family. As my fomma says, I'm pretty quick to learn so I will adjust in no time! Hello interested Adopter. My name is Lilith, but my foster fam always calls me "Momma". You see back in October '24 a foster said "Yes" to not only me...but my week old babies as well! MVPC saved our lives. I had wonky legs at intake, but everyone hoped and thought that crate rest with my babies would help. Well, come to find out, I'm just wonky. I don't remember how old I am, but I did have these babies later in life. After visiting the vet it was determined that I have hip dysplasia in the back and a wonky elbow in the front. This combination makes amputation of my front leg impossible. I will always need to remain on joint supplements. MVPC sees that I am a happy girl who has lots of love to give. I seem to be pain free for now, so I am now up for adoption. I would do best with a family who is used to senior dog issues. I am currently fostered in a home with male and female dogs of all shapes, sizes and energy levels. After years of neglect and countless litters of puppies, I'm looking for a sweet retirement home. I can't wait to meet you!
