Story
Porter is 10 years old. I’ve had him since he was a puppy. He’s a good boy and I should’ve done better training him. He doesn’t pee in the house or go through the trash. He doesn’t have any hip problems. He did have ACL surgery, but it was a success and he’s good. I just wanted him to have a good rest of his life and I’m afraid that I can’t give it to him. He deserves to live the rest of his days somewhere preferably with land.. he’s very healthy and happy right now i just want him to be in a deserving situation. He’s been loyal and has so much personality. He’s not skittish at all especially for a full bread.

Story
Meet Dani, Little Miss California is a very active pup, loves having a playmate. She is about 1-1/2 years old weighing roughly 50#. She is potty trained and crate trained. She is too active to be crated for long periods of time. She is only crated at night to sleep or when being left for short periods of time. This girl must have a 6 foot fenced in yard and a young playmate. She can easily jump 4 feet in the air. Older children only, she is too rambunctious for young children as she is still learning how to behave herself. She is very smart and therefore very trainable. She loves every dog she meets, but is very cautious of meeting people. She is a barker and barks at all new people. She is a very vocal girl. Her adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccines, microchip, up to date prevention and spay. The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application on our website www.pawsandprayers.org. Her adoption fee is $250.00.  Any questions email sue@pawsandprayers.org .November 7, 2024, 1:23 pm

Story
HOLLY:  Adoption to a good home will be considered under our HOSPICE Program. We will pay for food, medical care, and any needs she may have. She would need a good home with a fenced yard and no other pets. She does not like all dogs and is not a fan of cats. She loves people. You would have a great dog that would cuddle with you with no expense You must be approved by Paws and Prayers Pet Rescue and meet some criteria regarding caring for a dog. Meet Holly! This sweet, spunky girl is ready to shower her forever family with love and affection. Holly is a 10 year-old terrier mix weighing around 50 pounds, and she's full of life! She absolutely adores her toys, playing with people and kids, and of course, cuddling up for some belly rubs. If you're looking for a dog who loves to give kisses, Holly has plenty to offer! Holly enjoys her walks, though she tends to pull a bit, so a harness would be ideal for her outdoor adventures. She has a lot of energy, loves running around the yard, and would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can play to her heart's content. If a yard isn’t an option, an active walker would be perfect for her to burn off that extra energy. Holly is crate-trained. She’s also housebroken, making her an easy fit for a loving home. While she prefers to be the only dog in the house, she’s happiest when she's with her humans, soaking up all the attention and love. If you’re looking for a loyal, playful, and affectionate companion, Holly might just be the perfect match for you! If you are interested in meeting Holly, please fill out an application at www.pawsandprayers.org.   COCO:  Adoption to a good home will be considered under our HOSPICE Program. We will pay for food, medical care, and any needs she may have. Right now she is on medication and that will be provided. Meet Coco! This gorgeous brindle girl is 10 years old and weighs around 70 pounds. Coco is a people-loving pup who enjoys the simple pleasures of life, whether it's spending quality time with her humans or relaxing at home. She’s perfectly content with a "Netflix & Chill" day, making her the ideal companion for someone who enjoys cozy, laid-back moments. Coco doesn’t mind going for walks, but she’s just as happy hanging out on the patio or indoors with you. She has a quirky habit of giving herself a back scratch in the yard, which is sure to bring a smile to your face! Coco is looking for a home where she can be the queen of the castle—she prefers to be the only dog in the household. While she’s fine encountering other dogs on her walks, she’d rather have her home all to herself. Coco is microchipped, housebroken, and crate-trained. She is currently on Proin to help manage a weakened bladder, and washable pet pads work well on her bed or the couch. If you’re searching for a calm, affectionate companion who loves to relax and be by your side, Coco might be the perfect match for you! Apply today at www.pawsandprayers.org Questions? email marty@pawsandprayers.org This pet qualifies for the Pets for Patriots program  https://www.petsforpatriots.org/veterans/ Professional Photos Donated by Desiree Dube Photography ***The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an adoption application today at our website www.pawsandprayers.org.
