Story
Meet Jade — a gentle, affectionate sweetheart with a calm spirit and a serious talent for snuggling. This lovely girl is all about her people and would happily spend the entire day curled up in your lap if given the chance. At night, she’s an excellent bed companion and settles in beautifully, often curling up close and sleeping soundly through the night without disturbance. Jade is a well-mannered, easygoing companion who walks wonderfully on leash with no pulling and travels like a pro in the car—she hops right in and relaxes in the backseat. She is fully housetrained and has had no accidents in foster care. She also takes her medication easily when mixed with kibble. Socially, Jade does well with other dogs and enjoys seeing them on walks, though she can get excited and will benefit from gentle redirection. She is not cat-friendly, so a feline-free home is best. At around 7 years old, she still enjoys leisurely walks and relaxed playtime, but she is far more of a calm companion than a high-energy runner. Jade has a soft spot for chew treats she can enjoy at her own pace and prefers a laidback lifestyle filled with comfort and companionship. She would thrive in a quiet, loving home looking for a loyal, affectionate dog who is happiest simply being close to her people.

Story
Meet Ceasar, a distinguished senior gentleman who has recently found his puppy spark again! Despite his age, he has become surprisingly playful and has even developed a signature bunny hop when he’s excited, a joyful little move that’s guaranteed to make you smile. Ceasar is a true master of home manners. He is completely house trained and can be trusted to have zero accidents, maintaining his perfect record as a clean and reliable household companion. He even lets you know when he needs to go outside. He does not beg for food and prefers to keep his paws firmly on the floor rather than on the furniture. Because his climbing days are behind him, he prefers a home with a minimal number of stairs to keep his joints comfortable and his navigation easy. He is also a social soul who gets along well with other dogs, making him a great fit for a multi-pet household with a similar low-key energy. Ceasar thrives in a predictable environment. A calm, adult-only home where he can relax without the hustle and bustle of children is exactly what he needs. Cozy Style: Ceasar is rarely seen without one of his cozy sweaters but no feet please. They provide more than just warmth; the gentle pressure helps him feel secure, much like a constant hug. Twilight Care: He sometimes experiences sundowners, which can make him feel a bit restless or confused when the sun sets. To help him stay relaxed, he is on a daily medication that keeps his evening routine peaceful. Low Maintenance: He doesn't require high-energy activity, just a soft bed, a predictable schedule, and plenty of love. Ceasar is looking for a patient, single-story home where he can show off his sweaters and happy bunny hops for years to come.
