Roxie is 1 year and 3 months old. Roxie is the biggest lap baby and will cuddle you nonstop, but doesn’t lick you in the face or slobber. She has basic training, and loves to be walked around to use the bathroom. And she is also trained not to get on certain furniture, so she’ll be easy to train to stay off all furniture if necessary. She loves baths and will jump at the chance to take one. She loves babies and kids and has never shown aggression to anything or anyone.

Story
Rosie is approximately 2 years old, house and crate trained. Great with kids/babies and other dogs. She loves to run and play outside any chance she gets and loves to play with other dogs. We do think she’ll do best in a home with another dog or dogs. She’s never been aggressive towards anything and never barks or whines. She will let you know she needs to go out by sitting at the door. She is the happiest little thing with the cutest corgi butt wiggle.

Story
Anubis is a Tamaskan type dog, with German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute and likely less than 8% wolf. He is an incredible and athletic boy who I just can’t give the life he deserves after having another baby unexpectedly. He loves to hike and be in nature, and I would love to see him go to someone active. He’s been around kids his whole life and is good with them and cats. He does like other dogs but has had some issues with another unneutered male at our new home, which is part of why we need to rehome. He loved the dog park but it’s been a year or more since we tried it. He’s a gorgeous and sweet boy, who needs someone who knows how to work with his breed, active and needing clear boundaries. He chills at home a lot and is not needing constant stimulus, but needs a couple walks a day and adventures. Hope he can go to a family or individual with a good yard and tall fence, and/or who like to travel and hike. Thanks for considering!

Story
I adopted "Cooper" from Forsyth County Animal Shelter as a companion for my other dog. Cooper is a sweet 1.5 year old Beagle mix weighing 25 lbs. He is neutered and up to date on all his shots and gets along well with my cat. He loves people and toys. The problem is, my other dog is terrified of him. He has taken over our household and is simply not the right fit for as a companion for my other dog. No fault at all of Coopers. He learns quickly, very smart and loving. Please help me find Cooper a new home. The shelter will take him back however I am not going to return him there.

Story
Canela is the daughter of my dog that we had for more than a year. She is a very restless, playful puppy, but above all, very affectionate and tender. We love her very much. When she was 8 weeks old, we gave her up for adoption. She came to visit us but we noticed that she was not being well cared for and we believe that she was mistreated and we ask that she be left with us again so that we can find a new home where she can really be cared for and loved as she deserves. We want a permanent home for her, where she is surrounded by love, unfortunately we cannot take care of her due to some family problems.
