Story
Slider is (almost) 7 years old. We have had him since he was a baby. He is a great dog but is very territorial and protective. He doesn’t do well with other dogs and being around young children. We have a two year old and are expecting our second any time now. He has never harmed her but is very uncomfortable around her. The older he gets he has gotten more intolerant of other dogs. He doesn’t get along with our lab that we have had for over three years or our neighbors dog.

Story
Very friendly girl, loves everyone. She likes to explore outside but will come up for love when she’s done. She’s very affectionate and a great size. She`s done very well meeting other dogs but would do best in a cat-free home and a home without chickens. She`s done well with children and other dogs. She walks great on leash and loves wearing her little sweater and/or jacket around outside when it`s cold. She is house trained already and crates very well.

Story
Super, super sweet and snuggly guy. Will give you his paw if you ask him to shake and just when he wants more love. He is usually a little nervous meeting new dogs but we think would be ok if introduced slowly because he did come in with another dog. But would definitely be ok being your one and only too. He takes treats SO gently and loves to be right there with you. I think he’d definitely be one to snuggle up on the couch or in the bed with you as long as you’d let him. He would prefer a cat-free home.

Story
Chip is a shy boy with strangers but he is now ok with everyone at the shelter. It really doesn’t take him long to get used to people though with a little patience. Walks very well on leash and is super snuggly. Wants so badly to climb up into your arms and stay there any chance he gets. Has done great meeting other dogs.
