Story
Hey guys. My name prince and I'm the sweetest little gentleman you have ever met. Unfortunately my owner can't keep me due to his work schedule which can leave me alone for up to 15 hours per day. I'm 5 years old and I just want the love and attention I deserve. I'm great with kids and other dogs. Although my owner loves me very much he just wants to see me happy.

Story
This beautiful, sweet, well behaved puppy was bought by a uneducated , ignorant young couple with brand new baby. They didn't have a fenced in yard in a trailer park or experience with dogs. after 2 or 3 weeks (bought him at 8 wks). Decided he didn't work well with brand new baby. A relative living in the trailer park decided to take on puppy. They realized puppy wasn't working for them with babies and elderly dog.. I answered the post on fb book that he had to go... They dropped him off at my door the very next morning. He had worms, I dewormed him.. No one got him shots, I vaccinated him with 5/1 vaccine. He is potty trained and stays in kennel quietly. Very loving, has stayed with me on my bed. He has acquainted himself with my 2 cats and older poodle.. NOn of them like him, but tolerate his behavior. ... He needs to go, i'm low income 70 yr old , no fenced yard. After several people promised to get him off of me from posting I placed,,,, no one has come to get him. HELP...

Story
Mia is a very loving, energetic, and attention seeking dog. She loves scratches, playing tug of war and chasing toys. She is always hungry! Her breed is unknown but the app required it so I guessed. She came from a shelter found as a stray very underweight and had tested positive for heartworm. We are happy to report she is heartworm free now and has since gained weight as well as trust in her human owners. She is very loud when meeting new people and has no concept of personal space! She will come and sniff, lick, cuddle, jump, whatever she wants! She is just happy to have someone to give her attention. She DOES NOT respond well to spankings and WILL attempt to protect herself. If children are in the home they must know how to love and care for her or they may get nipped as a warning. When we first brought her home she was very skittish and had anxiety so much that she would potty in the house and her kennel. We worked very hard over two years and she is now kennel free.

Enjoys hanging out in the yard, being close to his family in the house, and loves to find quiet corners for nap time. Thrives on having a daily routine. Favorite Foods: He is absolutely excited for meal time single every day, loves both kibble (currently eats Acana or Origen) and raw food (chicken necks, ground chicken drumstick and thighs). Story
Journey has been at the rescue for close to 3 years! Despite his lengthy stay he has continued to be incredibly sweet and affectionate. He is not only friendly towards humans, but also plays well with other dogs, making him an ideal companion for a multi-dog household. He is playful - loves toys. Journey also enjoys meeting new people, always hoping that one of the new humans will take him home. It is hard to believe that this friendly guy has been in rescue for most of his life. Is it because he isn't as pretty as some other dogs? It certainly isn't because of his behavior. Journey is waiting to have a home of his own with people who will provide him with the love and attention he deserves.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN.
