This little guy would really like a forever home. The mom is a small border collie /Shelty mix 25-30#. Their dad is a Jack Russell , they are pretty small so we are guessing they will be 25 -30 pounds fully grown, like his mom. He is a cuddly and laid back, so they don’t take after their dad. We are fostering this 11 month old young man for a friend because he outgrew her 6 year old son, though he has never shown signs of aggression. He is now full grown and weighs about 50lbs. He has had several training classes and responds well to a firm command and has also been trained to bark collar, a vibrate/beep/shock collar, walks well on a leash, is fully house trained and crate trained at night. He is neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on veterinary and immunizations. He would make an excellent guard dog and companion. He comes with everything you may need: crate, leashes, toys, dishes, collars, food, treats and records. We live in Casco but can bring him to Macomb County to meet you if it’s easier.

SaDeye (pronounced Sah-Die) is a six yr old lab/pit bull mix that we've had since she was just weeks old . Her birthday is September 11th, we bought her from an old neighbor as a little puppy before we had our children. SaDeye is a very excitable and playful dog. She needs a loving home that has space for all her energy and time for all the love and affection she deserves. We live in a small trailer, have a 3 yr old daughter and twins on the way. We've never been able to afford to get her fixed (which her vet recommends she still does) and her shots need updated as well. We love her, however, are unable to provide for her with the babies coming and both of us working full time. She needs a home looking for a fun dog to love and people who have the time and money to care for her how she deserves.

Story

Copenhagen loves his humans and likes to sleep next to them. Good on leash. Generally laid back. Loves belly rubs. Likes to play ball but never brings it back to you. Wants you to chase him. Lived with 2 previous Great Danes without issue. After the loss of our previous Danes another was brought into the home and the battle for pack leader ensued. Food aggressive with this one but not with previous Danes. As previously stated did well with our late Danes but never got along with this one. He has not been aggressive to other dogs in neighborhood or walking on leash. Have not tried to feed him with other dogs. Fenced yard would be best as he likes to follow his nose. Terrified of gunfire, fireworks & severe thunderstorms. Doesn't mind going out in the rain.
