Story
Bella is a very sweet dog. She is great with my two younger children and gets along well with my cat and older Pitt bull. So why do I need to re-home her? Since I purchased her, I have needed to go back to work full time and have become a single mother. She just isn't getting the attention she deserves and I feel horrible about that. I hope she can find a loving home with lots of room to romp and play.

Story
Hi, I’m Dakota and I was saved from a high kill shelter in Memphis. My “foster mom” was having a slight emotional breakdown when she saw a picture of me. She just knew I deserved a chance. She watched me climb up the euthanasia list for a few days until I was next. I was scheduled to die that day. I’m just a year old, and never really got a chance at life. So, with emotions high she did something crazy. She adopted me over the phone, hired pet sitters to break me out and watch me. She set up transport, and I rode in a private plane to Michigan. I was so scared, but I’ve been the bestest boy. Now, I’m coming out of my shell and learning what it’s like to be loved and to be a dog. I have puppy energy and antics, but I am eager to please and am learning so fast! I love my dog and cat friends, but I’m still learning boundaries and I play a little rough. I would do best with patient animals in the home. I am HW positive, but treatment is free from the shelter.

Story
We adopted Rooster with his brother, Colt, one year ago. He is such a snuggler! But, he will do better in a home without other dogs. He is very competitive! He has become aggressive with the dogs, and sometimes that aggression carries over to nearby adults. The final event was that he was growling at another dog, trying to take his food. When I, his owner, told him to stop, he growled at me and then bit me. With small kids in the house, I no longer trust him in our home.

URGENT Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Holt, MI Meet Rex! He is an 4 year old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix and weighs 50 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Rex is good with older children and dogs! No younger children, due to his reactivity! If you think you can provide a great home for Rex, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Rex. Owner’s Contact Information: Roxanne at roxannedoss@yahoo.com.
