Story
Po...(Named after Kung Fu Panda) He is an amazing unneutered male he was born on Christmas morning he is just about 1 year old. He is a hound dog Blue heeler Australian Shepherd mix. He does howl. He has never been to the vet my budget is tight and we were not planning on keeping him as long as we have circumstances just turned out like that. He has spent his entire life with his mother, father and brother. He needs someone who has time to teach him how to walk on a leash (he likes to play dead on the leash), to play with him, cuddle with him, and train him. He is housebroken for the most part I have just been unable to allow them outside for too long his brother likes to hop the fence and he likes to try to take off with his brother. Four dogs is too many dogs to have for me I cannot give him the time and attention that he needs. They also have begun to play too rough with each other and I feel like he needs to be in a calmer environment. He is extremely loving and gets along well wit

Story
Kimber is a pitty rescue from a local shelter. We’ve had her since she was a tiny little puppy. We do not know what she is mixed with. But she sure does have some adorable pointy ears! Kimber turned 5 in January 2024. Kimber is the sweetest dog. She gets along with her brother khaki (also a pitty rescue who is a year older). She’s gentle with our toddler and baby. She loves to cuddle and is very chill when inside. When outside, she enjoys playing, exploring and doing zoomies. She does get timid during walks. But does well with gentle encouragement. She is very food motivated and adores treats and toys she can chew/gnaw on. We’d love for Kimber to go to a home where she’ll get the attention, diversion, exercise and love she deserves. Due to life circumstances, we just can no longer give her what she needs to thrive. In the past Kimber’s been great with other dogs at the park and at day care. Recently, she’s not been socialized much and hasn’t liked meeting new dogs.

Story
Tulip came to us from another rescue. She was dumped over their fence on Mother's Day heavily pregnant. She had her babies and they all got adopted but she continues to sit in rescue. The other rescue isn't suited for large breeds, so we've been waiting to get space in SSAR to get her over to us. She is fully vetted and ready for her forever home. She has been in a home with other dogs, and we are evaluating her with cats. She is hw positive, but her treatment is covered by the rescue.

Story
Faith came to us with 11 babies and sadly only 4 made it due to the horrific conditions she came in with. She gained weight while nursing her babies and is thriving now! She is spayed and ready for her forever home! She's such a sweet and spunky girl with a love of life. She is great with all other dogs big and small. She's even great with the 3 cats in the home! Faith would make anyone a great family member. Faith's adoption fee is $275.00

Story
Dixxie is the best little big dog you'll ever need. She is only about 35lbs and won't be much bigger. She LOVES to be with her person but also gets along with dogs of all ages and sizes. She is great with cats as well. She is working hard on house training and with continued consistency she'll continue to succeed. We were told Dixxie was a chihuahua/lab mix but that doesn't really fit her. We have done her DNA through Embark and she does have some bully in there and the results can be shared with her new people. If you are interested in meeting this sweet girl, you can fill our out application here! https://form.jotform.com/92606830603151 Please see photos for Dixxie's Embark DNA

Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Breed is best guess based on behavior and looks. Embark DNA is waiting for return. Bonnie is tiny for a Ridgeback mix but she has many characteristics of the breed. She is currently only 40lbs. Bonnie is in a house with both large and small dogs and loves them all. She is shy at first but once she warms up, she's ready to get the snuggle on!!! Bonnie is doing great on house training and even knows the doggy door. She is working on basic obedience but is fully crate trained and loves playing fetch. She'd do great as a walking buddy or just someone to lounge around the house with when she's played hard all day.
