Story
Nellie is a gorgeous girl. She is approximately 1.5 - 2 years old. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccines and preventions. She weighs about 50 pounds. Nellie came to us when her owner was arrested for running a drug house. She, along with 16 other dogs in the home, were sent to the county shelter. They all showed signs of neglect and the owner was additionally charged with cruelty to animals. Nellie is a bit unsocialized. She's shy and timid. She hasn't had a good life up until now. She lived most of her life in a crate in the garage of this tiny house. Nellie is a sweet girl who has been enjoying life in a real home with all the things a dog should. Soft blankets, bones to chew, quality food, warm beds and plenty of friends. To make Nellie's new home a success, these are her requirements - another playful, confident dog in the home - no children under 12 - fenced in yard - Patient adopter * Nellie is not housebroken, as she has lived most of her life in a crate. Nellie will need a patient and kind adopter to help her adjust to life living in a home as part of a family. Nellie is a sweet and gentle soul who has a whole life ahead of her with so much love to give Located in Spring Hill. Travel time should not exceed approximately 1.5 hours ****EMAIL INQUIRIES ONLY *****

Story
Beatrice is a sweet senior who came to us 2 years ago as a hospice with a poor prognosis. Beatrice had a large mast cell tumor removed that had spread to her lymph system. She was given only months. However, no one told Bea that was the plan. Beatrice has lived the last 2 years with us happy and healthy and she is thriving!! She got a clean bill of health and we thought Beatrice should have her forever home. Beatrice is approximately 11 years old and is a little chunky at 51 pounds. She is a complete gem and a delight. She is housebroken, walks great on a leash and has amazing manners. She is friendly with every person she meets and loves pets and affection. She will demand it actually. We have dubbed her "The Queen " and she should be the only pet in the home. Bea enjoys sunbathing with her bits out, chewing bones and a good comfy couch. Beatrice has a lot of living and loving to do as she has a new lease on life. *****EMAIL INQUIRIES ONLY *****

Story
Sky and her siblings came to us from Georgia. We were told her mother is a Chiweenie mix but no idea who the father is- And we cannot verify the breed that she is so if you are looking for a specific breed please she would not be the one for you- she is beautiful, loving, playful and funny!! She does great with her siblings and the other foster dogs at her foster home! She is tiny so we think she may be smaller as they told us but we can’t guarantee. She’s also not spayed yet, so if you are interested in adopting her, you would have to agree to bring her to one of our vets offices and on our account she will get spayed. We will make the appointment and you will bring her to it. This is not negotiable.! If you are interested in meeting sky, make sure to include your phone number and your response and we will give you a call as soon as possible. Please understand she is in a foster home so it may take days to be able to meet her.. Her adoption donation is $450. This is nonrefundable.
We'll also keep you updated on Sky's adoption status with email updates.
