Story
Marlie is 4 yrs old, super sweet, eager to please, great with people. She is crate trained, rides well in the car, walks well on a leash & is potty trained. Marlie is on the high energy side, needs regular exercise & mental stimulation. Although she is beautiful, she is the product of very poor breeding & has had two knee surgeries so exercise doesn’t need to be intense but should be facilitated multiple times a day, such as running in the yard or playing with another dog or swimming. She will do best in a home with consistent routines & a fenced yard where she can run. She is good with male dogs but no cats. Marlie struggles with anxious energy & reactivity to unknown dogs when they are near so training and regular “calm time” help. She is a typical loyal velcro Doberman who craves being near her owner & will be a great go-everywhere dog with continued training & consistency.

Story
Ripley a 1 yr old, blue male who is a sweet & silly boy! He's great with female dogs 30 lbs & larger. He's done great in playgroups with multiple dogs but doesn't do well with other males in his same home. He's potty trained & also rides well in the car. He's still a puppy & needs some training but has great potential. He plays well with other dogs & enjoys their company. He is crate trained & enjoys walks. He does require a home where someone is home part-time because although he's great in a crate overnight, he doesn't enjoy daytime crating so it needs to be limited. He's not yet trustworthy left loose in the home & has moderate puppy energy. ■We adopt to all areas of Texas as well as parts of OK, AR & LA. 🛑SERIOUS inquiries will EMAIL us. ●Monte a 10-14 mth old, red male who is a total gentleman! Super chill, very affectionate, great with dogs of all sizes & cats too. He's potty trained & also rides well in the car. He's still a puppy & needs some leash training because he gets overly excited on walks, especially when he sees squirrels, but has great potential. He plays well with other dogs & enjoys their company. He is crate trained & enjoys walks. He does require a home where someone is home part-time. For such a young dog, he has been moderate to low energy. He is a rare find & a great boy! ■We adopt to all areas of Texas as well as parts of OK, AR & LA. 🛑SERIOUS inquiries will EMAIL us. Story
Rocky is a friendly, happy, and snuggly dog who is always eager to meet new people. His positive energy is evident in everything he does, and he’s an absolute love bug who thrives on attention and affection. Here’s a breakdown of his current behavior and some important notes: Body Language: Rocky passes by kennels and play yards with confident and good body language. He is relaxed and comfortable around other dogs. Leash Behavior: Rocky is always excited to go for walks! He does tend to pull on the leash, but we’ve worked with him a bit and he’s made noticeable improvements. With continued training, he’ll become even better on walks. Training: Rocky is very smart and already knows how to “sit” on command. He’s eager to learn and always happy to engage during training sessions. Size: Rocky is a big guy! His head is about hip-height on me, and he has large, sturdy feet. He’s got the presence of a big, strong dog, but his sweet demeanor is his true charm. Snack Time: Rocky can be a bit jumpy when it comes to snacks, but his enthusiasm is just part of his lovable nature. Personality: This guy is handsome and snuggly—he absolutely loves attention, and all of us gave him some love, which he happily accepted and enjoyed. His kennel tech loves him too, and it’s clear that Rocky has a lot of love to give. Escape Artist: Rocky is quite the clever guy! He can scale a 6ft tall wooden plank fence, so he should never be left outside unsupervised unless he’s on a tether or in a covered kennel. This makes him a great candidate for agility sports! With his intelligence and athleticism, he’d thrive in that type of environment. Overall, Rocky is a sweet, affectionate, and energetic dog who just needs some guidance and supervision in the right home. He’s ready to bring joy and love to a family who can match his excitement and energy.
