Story
We found this sweet girl in our neighborhood and, after several attempts, have been unsuccessful in finding her owner. We are now trying to find her a loving home. She appears to be a young Doberman / Husky mix with beautiful blue eyes. She is not microchipped nor spayed. About her:
 Female
Young (likely around 1–2 years old)
 Medium size
Very sweet but a little timid and submissive at first
Gets along well with other dogs
Friendly and gentle temperament She seems like she may have been someone’s pet before and warms up quickly once she feels safe. She has been very calm and affectionate with us.

Story
Three brothers. One big change. And now… they need you. Milo, Otis, and Randy arrived at ACS together after the elderly couple who had been caring for them realized they could no longer keep up with the needs of three growing pups. Their intentions were good—they wanted these boys safe from the streets and cared for—but sometimes life changes in ways that aren’t in the best interest of the pets we love. When caring for them became too difficult, they made the hard decision to ask for help. Now we’re asking our community for help. These sweet boys do not have to stay together—they can be adopted separately, and each deserves the chance to find their own family. So far, they’ve done well around other dogs and show curiosity and affection towards their humans. They can be shy at first, but are easily won over with treats and gentle head scratches. A special update on Randy: Randy is silly, slim, and always ready to impress! This boy is currently in foster care with his brother, Otis, and he has wasted no time in making himself at home. This sweetheart munches his kibble with zest and runs zoomies around the yard with reckless abandon. He shares his toys with his brother, too, making him a great candidate for a home with other dogs. Randy is incredibly loving and eager to please–his dream owner is someone who can join him on daily walks, have Netflix marathons on the weekends, and give him cooking classes in the kitchen. If you’ve been thinking about adopting, this is your moment to make a difference. Come meet Milo, Otis, or Randy today and help one of these brothers trade their kennel for a couch, a yard, and a future. Apply today and adopt the dog of your dreams.

Story
Hi, my name is Fury! But I'm more like a happy, gentle breeze that wants to have fun! You might recognize my name from the famous character Director Nick Fury of the Marvel movies, I'm kinda like him: I love being the center of attention and don't like it when people take my stuff! I am a big dog! With my mixed Doberman Pinscher/Black Labrador genes I am a whopping 52#/lbs and have a ton of energy and muscle that needs to be worked! Because of this it would be best if I was paired with an active family who knows how to keep a dog mentally stimulated and respects my boundaries well. No apartment living for me please! No cats or small children either! My caretakers have learned some important things about me: I am a chow-hound and will try to eat anything I can get my hands on! So please leave food out of reach from me or I'll swoop it all up. Secondly, I would prefer if people didn't grab things that I have in my mouth, it's mine not yours hehe! Overall, I am a big-hearted dog who wants to go play, be adventurous, have fun with other people and dogs! I am however not such a big fan of car rides, they make my tummy feel sick eww! I love all people and dogs, am a healthy, happy boy and just want to find my home. Let's work together and find it!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

These pups are in San Antonio, Texas too!

Story
Hi my name is Bobo. I came to live with my aunt when my daddy passed away. I am a very lovable dog who is friendly and loves love! I am in need of good home with space for me to move around and a decent size yard for me to play in. I love kids and I'm good with other animals. My auntie is a very busy woman and has a job where she often times works long hours, which doesn't allow for much play time. I'm looking forward to meeting my new forever parents and hope to see you soon! Let me also mention my home (a heavy duty movable crate) comes with me, yeah!!! Love and licks, Bobo

Story
Tall ears, long legs, and a body built for speed... that’s our Pinto! This guy could rival even the most experienced runway models; the world is his stage, and humans are his favorite audience. It is no surprise that he’s a total crowd favorite at SNIPSA! Pinto was found wandering the streets of San Antonio with his sister, Tanner. Today, he is thriving in a foster home alongside his SNIPSA pals (aka his foster siblings). Pinto has naturally stepped into the "big brother" role, teaching them the ropes of yard exploration, gentle play, and impeccable mealtime etiquette. As we head into the New Year, Pinto has been working on his 2026 goals. He would like you to know that as we ring in the new year, his resolutions are as follows: Master the "Big Brother" Walk: Continue mentoring his foster siblings with grace until he finds a family of his own. Optimize Nap Efficiency: Perfect the art of the post-runway nap and cuddles. Spread Maximum Joy: Ensure every human he meets feels like a superstar. Secure A Forever Home: Above all, Pinto longs for a permanent place to strut his stuff. Could you be the one to make his ultimate wish come true? Submit your application today!
