Percy is a goofy, enthusiastic dog who loves to stay by your side—he’s the ultimate companion. He thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where at least one family member can be with him most of the time. Percy is incredibly friendly with people and gets along well with female dogs, but he struggles with male dogs in the same household. That said, he’s perfectly fine with doggy playdates and outings, as long as introductions are done properly and it’s not a permanent living arrangement. Sadly, we need to rehome Percy due to increasing same-sex aggression with other dogs as he gets older, as well as the arrival of a new baby. We’re seeking a loving home that can meet his needs. Candi is a fun loving, playful, active Shepherd mix, who is fully vetted, HW neg and microchipped. Though she does get along with most dogs, she would probably do best in a home where she is the only fur baby, receiving all the attention. Candi is house broken, but as far as being crated...she prefers to not be confined, so we don't currently crate her. Candi loves to go for walks, though she is very strong and wants to lead! She needs a strong hand and leash training. She's a smart girl, and has learned to open the back door at her foster home. Candi LOVES to have her people with her most of the time, so a family who is home most of the time, would be ideal. Marlie is 4 yrs old, super sweet, eager to please, great with people. She is crate trained, rides well in the car, walks well on a leash & is potty trained. Marlie is on the high energy side, needs regular exercise & mental stimulation. Although she is beautiful, she is the product of very poor breeding & has had two knee surgeries so exercise doesn’t need to be intense but should be facilitated multiple times a day, such as running in the yard or playing with another dog or swimming. She will do best in a home with consistent routines & a fenced yard where she can run. She is good with male dogs but no cats. Marlie struggles with anxious energy & reactivity to unknown dogs when they are near so training and regular “calm time” help. She is a typical loyal velcro Doberman who craves being near her owner & will be a great go-everywhere dog with continued training & consistency.

Loki is a sweet, happy, smart 2 yr old boy who loves spending time with his humans. He requires daily exercise and the right home with continued training & encouragement and he will be a wonderful companion. With continued help on his socialization he will be able to improve his over-excitement when encountering other dogs/people. He is still immature & does not realize his size & acts like a big puppy. He needs a very experienced owner with large and/or working breeds who understands the need for consistent, ongoing training. He can be a great hiking companion, running partner & just all-around best friend to the right family or individual. He loves to run with his person! He just needs the opportunity to show his goofy & loveable nature & you will be hooked. He rides in the car well, is crate trained and knows basic commands. He still needs time to mature & that is going to make all the difference for this guy. He has incredible potential but only in the right hands. He is specifically available to homes where someone is home at least part-time, as an only dog, OR to a home with female dogs of similar size & to homes with children over 8 years old. He has previously lived with children (7-14 yr old & done well.) His original family had some life changes & could no longer make the necessary commitments to keep Loki.
