Meet beautiful Emma aka cuddle bug! She is apprx 5 yrs old & will be your best girl with a little patience & time to adjust! On the smaller side at around 56 lbs, easy to handle too! She can be shy initially with new people & situations but has really blossomed in her foster home & enjoys walks, car rides & local shopping outings! She will do best in a home with another dog for confidence. She's potty trained & crate trained but the crate isn't her favorite, she prefers a baby gate- she hasn't been destructive at all. Someone home part-time will be very beneficial for Emma. Sudden hand movements spook her but once trust & a bond is established, she does so much better. She's super smart, a fast learner & knows several basic commands. Bones is 4 yrs old, male who is a sweet & silly boy! A gorgeous boy who gets all the looks! But he's not just another pretty face, he's smart & a total lover! He is potty trained; he's great with female dogs 15 lbs & larger but can also be great in an only dog home. He's done good in playgroups with multiple dogs but can't live full-time with other males in his same home. He's also crate trained & seems to be doing well staying loose in the home for short periods. Bones is a wonderful boy but does get overly excited when he sees people & other animals through windows (car & home) but that's just a teaching & learning opportunity so he will need continued reactivity & impulse training we have started in his foster home- he is already showing great potential! He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and on monthly heartworm prevention (Trifexis). Located in Bedford, TX. Meet and greets available Originally rehomed due to a baby, as he ge, strong, and clumsy. He loves people but is best in a home without small children. I took him in, but my two boxers wont accept him (my pit mix is fine but cannot match his energy). About Link: so funny and affectionate, dog-social (needs playful companion), loves indoor fetch, smart (kennel command, waits to eat), house/kennel trained. Notes: no cats, best with older kids/adults, barrier reactive, leash needs work, messy drinker, very sensitive to tone. On 40mg fluoxetine (comes with supply; must taper if stopping).
