She’s around 1-1.5 yrs old. We haven’t had her very long but she just isn’t a great fit for our younger kids. Would love for her to go to a home with older kids or someone who can really work with her.

Story
I first got Penelope three years ago and she’s been with me ever since. The reason that I’m looking for a new home for her is not because I don’t love her. Unfortunately the new house they live at is not fine with her and she spends almost all day in her crate and it is not fair for her to live her life locked up when she should be able and do as much as she wishes. I unfortunately don’t have that to give to her. She has been with may ever since I first met her and she’s just the most sweetest loving baby ever.

Story
Cookie is a 4yo, low energy and very well behaved dog with a great temperament. She has been a bit unlucky with her previous owners, she was originally surrendered when she was 2, because her housemate had begun attacking her, she still has some faint scarring on her face/head from this. Despite this, she hasn't shown any fear or aggression towards other dogs in normal circumstances. Afterward, she lived in a kennel for about a year before being adopted by us, and did well with our other dogs until she developed resource guarding behavior around receiving attention from one person in particular. She's fine any other time, and shows no aggression though she plays a bit rough so I would recommend a dog her size or as the only dog. Because of her past and current behaviors, she absolutely must go to someone well versed with dog behavior, and preventative steps to avoid any further problems if she is going to be around other dogs. She has seasonal allergies that cause her to scratch a lot.

Story
She’s a sweet, sensitive girl who takes a little time to warm up to new people. She’s not aggressive at all. Just cautious and shy at first, especially around men, whom she tends to take a little longer to trust. With patience and a calm approach, though, her loving personality really shines through. Once she feels safe, she’s incredibly affectionate and loyal. She absolutely adores walks and will happily curl up for all the snuggles she can get. She can be a little timid about getting in the car, but she’s been making great progress and has started responding to the command “load up,” which has really helped build her confidence. Overall, she’s a gentle, loving companion with a soft heart who thrives in a patient, understanding home.

Meet Wallace Don’t let the little face fool you—Wallace has lived a lot of life, and now he’s ready for the good part… a forever home where he can finally settle in and just be loved. This sweet senior boy has found himself in three different homes in a short amount of time, and through it all, he has remained as gentle and loving as can be. Wallace is the definition of resilient—he just keeps choosing kindness. Wallace is a quiet, easygoing companion who doesn’t ask for much. His perfect day? A cozy blanket, a calm environment, and someone to love him. He’s potty trained, dog-friendly, and would do best in a home that understands he’s a soft soul who thrives with patience and kindness. While he was previously said to not like kids, we believe that may have come from being overwhelmed or picked on. Wallace has shown he does well with respectful children who understand how to be gentle with him. The Wallace Details: Senior sweetheart Neutered (will be vaccinated & microchipped) Dog friendly Potty trained Quiet, calm, and low-maintenance Certified blanket lover Wallace doesn’t need a perfect home—he just needs his home. One where he can finally exhale, feel safe, and be cherished the way he deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow with a big heart, Wallace is waiting for you.   ##2719696##
