Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Yo what up. The official name is Xanadu but around here they call my Xander. I was left on one of those foster home things front porch. It's pretty messed up man. I mean I am fully vetted, heartworm negative, and not one of those crazy baby dog things.  Xander does great at the dog park and loves to play with other dogs, which is good because he is an active boy. His foster parents walk him 3-5 miles every day. Because of his active lifestyle, we recommend a home with no small children. As mentioned before, Xander loves dogs, so he would love to have a doggy companion. When Xander isn't running around, he spends his time watching TV (He's a great Sunday football companion).  Xander is house trained, crate trained, knows basic commands, and loves the dog park. He is learning to use a leash but pulls a lot still. He does have some separation issues and will bark at people. Xander is an amazing dog, that still needs some training. He is looking for a someone knowledgable of the doberman breed but loving pawrent to love him. **Xander's perfect home would have another dog, older or no children, and someone with doberman breed experience.   To apply for adoption visit: https://www.pawfectmatch.org/info/adoption      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 16, 2024, 8:51 am

Story
Maeve is a huge goofball. 62lbs, active, silly, and super loving and loyal. She is the most loveable floof! She learns fast and knows sit, stay, lay down, paw, and touch. She has never met a dog she didn't love and want to be best friends with, and is good with cats as well. She does suffer from anxiety and could really use some additional training and medicine to help her feel more calm around strangers. Maeve would be happiest with her own fenced in yard to play in. She loves going for hikes and runs, camping, car rides, and just snuggling up on the couch with her bestie.

Story
Ozzie is a 14 month old male Doberman. He is energetic, affectionate, and is looking for a companion who will give him love and attention. He is very obedient, knows basic commands, house broken, and crate trained. He would do best in a home with no children. Other dogs may be okay depending on how they are introduced and how they are allowed to interact. He has had some reactivity issues in the past and has been to a 6-week board and train, as well as private lessons. Ozzie has come a long way, but needs continued time, training, and the environment to allow him to improve. This commitment has become more than we can handle, as we have a newborn baby and two older dogs in the home. His ideal new owner is an experienced handler who has knowledge of the breed and/or high energy working dogs. Fenced in yard would be ideal to allow him to run.
