Cheeseburger, aptly named after her favorite food, is an amazing dog! This smiley girl had a rough start in life, she was found starved in the countryside with her 3 little pups. Her new lease on life has allowed her to bloom into the wonderfully sweet dog she is now! Unfortunately, even though she's no longer having to scrounge for scraps, she still has a taste for chickens... Despite how shy she is when she first meets new people, she's very eager to please. Pair that with her food motivation, and you've got the BEST buddy. She's good with other dogs and has lived with children in a foster home! Cheeseburger loves to play with other dogs, and it truly brings out a sillier side of her! If you're looking for a sweet, multifaceted companion who will look to you for reassurance and love, then come meet her! She's got so much love to give!!! All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested (6 months and above,) and current on vaccinations and preventions prior to adoption. At the time of adoption all dogs are signed up with a unique Safe Paws QR pet ID tag, the adopter is required to maintain a monthly membership of $2.99/month for (at minimum) the first year. This helps insure your new furry family member makes his way back to you if lost. Leashes and collars are also required at the time of adoption. You are welcome to bring your own, or we have plenty to choose from at the shelter as well. If the pet you fall in love with is not quite ready for adoption, we do offer a $50 hold deposit that will insure you have first "dibs on adoption. Once an animal is available for adoption, we are not able to hold them, as there are so many animals waiting to come into our program. Our shelter is located at 10312 East 63rd Street in Raytown, MO. We are open to meet pets Tuesday through Friday from 10-6, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10-5. We are closed on Mondays. Zoso is a 5 1/2 year old Red male doberman. He and his 2 siblings have lived with us their entire life. He is a wonderful dog that likes car rides, walks, and snuggling. He enjoys just being in the same room with you and loves to get ear rubs. Zoso does have allergies and will require a shot every 4 months or so. Some of his allergies are food related and he must be on a grain free dog food. He is current on all his vacinations and has always gotten his heartworm flea and tick treatment every month. He does well with kids. Sadley due to having to move I can not keep him or his siblings. He needs a safe home with a fenced yard. If you take care of him and love him he will be your best friend. He is inteligant and caring.

Zepplin is a 4 1/2 year old red male doberman. He is high energy and loves to be outside when the weather is nice. He has lived with us for his entire life along with his 2 siblings,. Sadly due to moving I can not keep them. Zepplin likes ear rubs and tummy rubs.And loves to snuggle. He likes to hang out with his people and is happy to just be in the same room as you. He loves to play with his stuffies especially if they squeak. He is intelligant and is willing to learn. He is current on all his shots and has never missed his heartworm flea tick meadicne each month. He has only been fed grain free dog food so don't know if he can eat something that is not. He needs a safe home with a fenced yard. He does not like lawn mowers so shouldn't be out when someone is mowing somewhere close to him If you give him a safe home and love him he will be your best buddy.

ZZ is a 4 1/2 year old female doberman. She is spayed. She has lived with us her entire life along with her 2 siblings. Sadley due to moving we can't keep them. She likes to hang out outside and watch the world. She does like to bark at whatever moves to let it know she it there watching. She is happy to be in the same room with you and likes ear rubs and butt scratches. She could stand to loose a few pounds so might need some more exercise or a reduced calorie food. She does not like ball caps that extend over someones face, nor masks of anykind. She does well with kids that are 13 and up but shouldn't be around little kids without supervision because she doesn't like it when they run up and get in her face or startle her. Her favorite thing to do is wrestle with her brothers. She is current on all her shots and has never missed her monthly heartworm flea and tick. She needs a safe home with a fenced yard. If you love her and take care of her she will return it to you and love you.
