Look no further than Dutch, a 4-year-old neutered male Doberman with floppy ears, a docked tail, and a heart as big as his paws. Dutch is a sweet, energetic boy who lives for fetch, trail adventures, and playing chase with his besties (currently a Frenchie and a German Shepherd). He’s dog-friendly overall, but has strong opinions about fluffy dogs sometimes and can be reactive on leash, so continued training and management are important. He does not do well with cats or small critters—Dutch has a serious case of “squirrel brain” and a strong prey drive. He’s good with kids, but doesn’t know his size and thinks all stuffed animals/lovies belong to him, so he’s better suited for homes without small children or at least under close supervision around them. That being said, he has never had any aggression issues with children or any people in general. Dutch is house trained, crate trained, and walks well on a prong collar, with growing skills on a harness. He’s been through multiple training programs and learns quickly—especially when rotisserie chicken is involved. He needs a fenced yard to zoom around in and would love an active home that can give him plenty of stimulation and structure. This sensitive guy has anxiety, which is well managed on Prozac, and he never goes anywhere without his emotional support rubber chicken, Antonio. He’s a routine lover: breakfast and dinner at 6 sharp. He’ll politely politely—but persistently—remind you if you’re late. He sleeps on a dog bed in the bedroom and rises with the sun, ready to start the day. Dutch loves car rides, though he might bark at bikes or loud noises—he’s just passionate about public safety. He’s also got a serious butter addiction (yes, butter), so keep that and other treats on the counter clear unless you want a four-legged kitchen bandit on your hands. At his core, Dutch is a loyal, loving Velcro dog who wants nothing more than to be by your side, whether you’re hiking a trail, binge-watching a show, or just hanging out on the couch. Dutch is looking for his forever home through no fault of his own. He’s a simple boy, just looking for someone to love, follow, and (gently) demand ear scratches from. If you’re ready to open your heart (and your snack drawer) to this big-hearted goofball, Dutch is ready to be your ride-or-die.

📎 DUNDER MIFFLIN SCRANTON PUPPY BRANCH IS OPENING SOON 📎 The Office Litter: Meet the newest employees — Doberman/Australian Shepherd mixes: 🐶 Michael 🐶 Dwight 🐶 Jim 🐶 Pam 🐶 Angela 🐶 Kelly Early reports from Scranton indicate: • Michael already thinks he’s “World’s Best Puppy.” • Dwight has appointed himself Assistant to the Regional Puppy Manager. • Jim has hidden three toys and refuses to explain why. • Pam is somehow the only reason the office still functions. • Angela would like everyone to stop being so loud. • Kelly has made fashion her entire personality. These puppies are ready to bring a little Scranton chaos and a lot of love into their forever homes! (Not the dogs’ actual personalities.) In all seriousness: these puppies are currently 9 weeks old and approximately 12 lbs. They are mixed-breed puppies from a 100 lb Doberman dad and a working Heeler mom. We expect them to grow into high‑energy dogs with strong prey drive. They’ve been raised on an Amish farm with children ages 2–11, but due to expected prey drive, we prefer homes without cats. These pups will need active, experienced homes, and we strongly prefer adopters who already have another dog for companionship and enrichment. The puppies will come spayed /neutered, vaccinated, microchipped They would need to meet any resident dogs. We will not adopt siblings together. If you are serious about adoption, please fill out the adoption application on our website www.phoenixanimalrescue.com adoption fee is $500. Story
Filly is a 9‑month‑old, 60‑lb Doberman mix who bounced into our lives after being found as a stray here in Philadelphia. She was brought to ACCT Philly by police, and we were lucky enough to transfer her into our care where her personality quickly stole everyone’s hearts. To put it simply: Filly is a total clown. She’s happy, social, affectionate, and absolutely adores her volunteers. This girl wakes up every day ready to have fun and makes it her personal mission to spread joy wherever she goes. If you’re looking for a dog who brings laughter, energy, and nonstop love, Filly is your girl. Filly does well in playgroups with other dogs and enjoys canine friends, though her play style is best described as “bull in a china shop.” She’s young, enthusiastic, and a bit rough-and-tumble, so dog-savvy companions (and supervision) are important. Filly will thrive in an active home that can keep up with her zest for life—think walks, playtime, training, and adventures. In return, she’ll bring her future family endless fun, affection, and a whole lot of sunshine. If you’re ready for a young, energetic dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Filly can’t wait to meet you. She will come spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested.
