Story
Hi, my name is Fury! But I'm more like a happy, gentle breeze that wants to have fun! You might recognize my name from the famous character Director Nick Fury of the Marvel movies, I'm kinda like him: I love being the center of attention and don't like it when people take my stuff! I am a big dog! With my mixed Doberman Pinscher/Black Labrador genes I am a whopping 52#/lbs and have a ton of energy and muscle that needs to be worked! Because of this it would be best if I was paired with an active family who knows how to keep a dog mentally stimulated and respects my boundaries well. No apartment living for me please! No cats or small children either! My caretakers have learned some important things about me: I am a chow-hound and will try to eat anything I can get my hands on! So please leave food out of reach from me or I'll swoop it all up. Secondly, I would prefer if people didn't grab things that I have in my mouth, it's mine not yours hehe! Overall, I am a big-hearted dog who wants to go play, be adventurous, have fun with other people and dogs! I am however not such a big fan of car rides, they make my tummy feel sick eww! I love all people and dogs, am a healthy, happy boy and just want to find my home. Let's work together and find it!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
If Rayne were a human, she would be a supermodel. She is a willowy young girl with long thin legs and a beautiful face framed by perfectly shaped and expressive brows. Rayne has a sweet demeanor, she is easy going, and she loves getting scratches; especially behind her ears.  Rayne was rescued from PG County's euthanasia list and she is loving her new-found freedom! She loves to ride in the car, enjoys the fresh air on her face, and the rediscovered feeling of freedom! She appeciates all of the spring smells and wags her tail when other dogs pass. She loves to walk and is easy on leash. Sitting in the grass and watching the world around her, Rayne is a content dog who is looking to find a home where she can rest easy in the comfort and safety of her forever home. ##2324335##

Story
We are moving overseas for a temporary job and looking to rehome our beloved pup Archie until we return in January 2026. We adopted Archie in 2014 and he's now the most puppy-faced 10-year-old boy you've ever seen (seriously, we still get stopped on the street constantly asking if he's a puppy!). He has been a loyal companion, witnessing our family grow as we married and welcomed two human babies, now ages 6 and 2. Archie is a top-notch snuggler, full of energy on walks, and incredibly patient with little ones. Until very recently he would run his little heart out at the dog park, consistently faster than dogs half his age. Having spent the first year of his life in shelters, however, he does come with some baggage and still experiences separation anxiety. Archie would do best in a home with at least one person home the majority of the time and/or with another dog to keep him company. He is house-trained, but resists the crate. Please consider taking in our special guy!

Story
Sunn is a great and energetic dog! He truly loves to play and run around. Great personality for a dog. He seems very nosy at times but I’ve learned that he wants to see anything and everything that goes on around him. I would for someone who has a family or someone who has the dedicated time to take care of him. I have him for 3 years and it has been great but unfortunately I have to let him go. He will definitely bring light and great energy to your space!

Story
Tina is a 2-year-old black and tan female Doberman. Her tail is docked and her ears are cropped (but floppy). Tina is a happy, playful, and energetic girl who is crate and house-trained. She sleeps in a crate at night without issues. During the day while we are not home, she has run of the house, and she has been a very good girl, usually just sleeping on one of her dog beds. Tina is looking for an active home with people who are committed to doing training, activities, and brain games with her daily. She can be shy when meeting new people, but for folks who are patient, she quickly warms into a velcro Doberman who will follow you all over the house. Tina likes to chase things, so she will not be placed in a home with cats, small mammals, or birds. She would do best in a suburban or rural home with less canine and pedestrian traffic, and at this time, we think she will do best with a fenced yard. She could be a single dog or go to a home with a calm, but playful pup partner, but would need a slow introduction to any other dogs in the home. Tina had happily coexisted with a 50-pound senior female dog in a previous foster home. Tina is fostered in Virginia. Tina LOVES to play fetch! Balls are life! She is very good at bringing the ball back so that you can throw it again. Check out a video of Tina playing fetch: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/igugggsXojs DAR&E adopts to MD, VA, DC, DE, eastern parts of WV and southern parts of PA. Story
**Meet Charlie & Casper – The Ultimate Best Buds!** Charlie and Casper are an incredibly bonded pair who **must** go home together. These two may be different in size, but their friendship is larger than life! 🐶 **Charlie (The Little Boss – Chihuahua Mix)** Charlie may be small, but he’s got a big personality! He’s friendly, energetic, and loves people. He enjoys being held, knows how to jump into your arms, and has mastered commands like sit, go, in, and come. He does well at the vet, enjoys baths, and is crate trained. Charlie loves squeaky toys and gets along well with other dogs. While he likes kids, he can be jumpy, so a home with older children is best. He may be tiny, but in his mind, **he’s the big dog of the duo!** 🐾 **Casper (The Gentle Giant – Bully Mix)** Casper is the bigger, more laid-back best friend of the pair. He has a **gentle and watchful nature**, making him great around kids—including babies! He thinks he’s a lap dog and enjoys being held. Casper is housebroken, crate trained, and knows commands like sit, go, in, and eat. He loves rope toys but is **not a fan of water**—he’ll bark at the rain and even try to bite the hose during bath time! Fireworks and loud noises can make him nervous, and he has a bit of a fascination with the trash, so be sure to keep the lids closed. ✨ **Best Friends for Life** Charlie and Casper eat, sleep, and play **together**. They bring out the best in each other and are truly inseparable. If you're looking for double the love and double the fun, these two are the perfect pair! Come meet them and see their amazing bond for yourself! **Be sure to ask for them to be walked together.** ❤️🏡
