Story
**Fostered in Kenmore, WA and ready for meet and greets!** This cutie is Sweet Caroline. She is currently 6 months old, and we think she may have some doberman or coonhound in her, but with rescue it’s a guess! What matters most is that she is an adorable, spunky puppy, full of enthusiasm, hoping for a loving forever home. You name the game, and she's up for it. Caroline loves to play! Chase? Yes please! Wrestling with other dogs? Oh gosh yes! Toys? The more the merrier! This girl says YES to life. She has lots of joy to share with you. Caroline is enjoying a foster home in the Seattle area with large and small doggy siblings. She is a very smart girl! She's very good and quiet in her crate, and is housetrained. She can go about 4 hours in her crate during the day and 8 hours overnight. She is a master of the "sit" command (as long as she's not too distracted -- SQUIRREL!) and has excellent recall. She also knows the "kennel up" and "wait" commands. She's good on a leash with the occasional treat to grab her puppy attention. Mostly, though, she wants to give kisses and get belly rubs. The Houston, TX area, where this puppy is from, is one of the riskiest places in the nation for pets. Shelters in this area are having to euthanize puppies. Caroline needs you! If you adopt her, you save her life AND make room for her foster to take in another desperate pup. Caroline is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization, and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. In return, your new best friend will give you plenty of kisses and laughter! Are you a walker, hiker, or jogger? Caroline will make an excellent exercise buddy! She wants to go EVERYWHERE with you and she'll make you smile every step of the way with her goofy, unbridled enthusiasm. Adopt Caroline! Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! ***NEEDS FUREVER HOME*** Currently in Twin Falls, ID Meet IRIS, Besides her obvious resiliency, IRIS is a healthy, happy, 72-lb 11-month old who is ready to join a loving family in a furever home. She is done with caring for her 9 babies born on July 27 and would now like to receive some pampering by a furever family. We recently learned that IRIS is Belgian Malinois/Doberman/Visla/Ridgeback mix. We will be doing DNA soon. IRIS loves attention and enjoys lounging on the couch with her humans. This sweet girl expresses her joy with the occasional bay, a charming trait of her hound nature. She's potty trained and gets along well with other dogs. While we’re not sure about her interactions with cats, IRIS' gentle and affectionate demeanor suggests that she’ll make a wonderful addition to any home. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, IRIS is eager to meet you and become a cherished member of your family. IRIS' adoption fee of $225 includes all her previous vet care, health vaccines, spay surgery, rabies vaccine, and microchip. MORE PHOTOS: https://photos.app.goo.gl/fGfaTsciyqpmbF4g6 Complete an easy, online adoption application to meet IRIS. Depending on situation, we can consider assisting with volunteer transport. https://www.friendsfureveranimalrescue.com/pawlytics-dog-adoption-application BACKGROUND: Found alone in the desert, IRIS was emaciated and dehydrated. Thanks to the dedicated volunteers at FFAR, she received the medical care she needed and has since made a remarkable recovery.

***NEED FOSTER or FUREVER HOME*** Photos show 7 weeks old - LOSING THEIR FOSTER HOME These 9 chunky boys and girls are healthy as can be...They will be getting their 2nd set of shots and they are already using the doggie doors to go outside to potty. These chubby little bundles of love are adorable and have great personalities! They love to wrestle with each other. They have been eating kibble and drinking water for several weeks now. Once in a while, they will do their little barks, mostly when playing with their siblings but are definitely not yappers... They have been held a lot and already received their first bath, so they are fluffy, clean, and ready to go home with their foster or forever families. BONUS: The pups have been temperament tested and several show nice seek and retrieve traits. They are really healthy littles, with great bone and are gonna have some ears to write home about (thanks to their momma!). Their mom, Iris, is VERY people oriented while showing her scenting-following instincts. These will make wonderful family pets! Trust me, you won't want to miss out on these adorable laid-back bundles of love who are already house-trained. Guaranteed they will love you until the end. They will steal your heart the moment you pick them up ! The adoption fee of $300 includes 3 rounds of puppy vaccines, dewormer, spay/neuter surgery, health exam, rabies vaccine, and microchip. Story
Daisy is experiencing so many firsts and boy is she excited! Toys, cozy beds, open arms full of love, she lights up over all these things like a kid on Christmas morning. This is a girl that is sweet, friendly, melts for belly rubs and is eager to please. Plus, she loves baby talk and loves to “hold hands” when she is next to you, it's a little bit of affection seeking and a little bit of quiet connection. Take a look for yourself https://youtu.be/e7Uxs4Z1KMY We estimate Daisy to be 1 year old, she weighs an adorable 28 lbs, and may be a Miniature Pinscher/ Kelpie mix. In rescue, age and breed are offered as educated observations, given she is a rescue we cannot know with 100% certainty. She sure is cute though and her size only adds to that! We introduced Daisy to new dogs and we could see she is a very playful girl who is still learning her doggie manners but she is young so this is expected. Her playful energy is not suited for every dog because it has puppy pushiness to it. Daisy could live with other dogs and would love to have a playmate. An ideal pairing would be a dog that is confident, playful, and can offer the occasional “teachable-moment” if her puppy pushiness needs it. In terms of living with cats, she does show some interest in them but proved to be mostly avoidant. With a dog-savvy cat, she could do well, but we anticipate her playful side may think about a game of chase but she will learn that isn’t how to make a feline-friend. Thanks to her age and eagerness to please Daisy is going to very receptive to training. Polishing up her leash skills for walks and adventures along with mastering basic commands will be enjoyable and make you proud of how attentive she is. She listens well and responds beautifully to corrections from her people. Daisy is an incredible dog with an amazing sparkle in her eye and has so much amazing potential. She is going to be a loyal and loving companion!
