Breed: American / European Doberman Pinscher DOB: 9/5/2022 Gender: female Altered: yes Coat: medium Size: large Color(s): grey/gold Description: Hi, I'm Farrah, a gorgeous American/European Doberman Pinscher who is in need of a new home as my former home could no longer give me the care that I need. I love running and playing, good with dog and cats. Although I am good with older children, I'd do best in an adult only home. I need an experienced and an active owner and preferably a house with a big backyard. I can be hyper, stubborn, jumpy (I can jump over baby gates) but most of all lovable. I will need a patient person who will work with me as I am known to dig, bark and play nip. If you're ready and able to give me a lifetime of love and wonderful memories, please fill out an application to meet me. *Thank you to Sharon for sponsoring this wonderful dog and giving her the chance for a better life.November 7, 2024, 11:05 am

Hi, I'm Monty, a very sweet Doberman Pinscher X found in an agricultural field.m After a scary bout with Parvo, I'm healthy and looking for my forever home! I'm playful and learning to bite easy in play. I'm also learning to be social while at the kennel. I can be shy at first and a little slow to trust, but I'm eager for affection and enjoy cuddling when sleeping. I have come a long way since being rescued.  I would do best going to a home with a buddy whether human or dog. Story
MEET PHOENIX! This handsome 8-year-old Dobie-Rottie mix needs a home! He was rescued from a shelter where he was a shelter favorite, and is currently in the Los Angeles area.. He weighs approx. 80 lbs. Phoenix is still an active and loving guy and will do best with an active person or people who can get him plenty of exercise. He has many positive traits - he is affectionate (he loves to give hugs once he knows you!), he walks well on a leash, and he is a very loyal and sweet dog. He will be your best friend for life . Phoenix prefers to have his person or people around, and will howl just a little if he is lonely. But he is not a barker unless its warranted. He can be a bit protective of his people and his property, and as such, he is dog-reactive on a leash. Phoenix would thrive as an only dog, or at least as an only male dog. He would be a great companion for the right person who has experience with strong breeds and who understands the mindset and loyalty of a dog like Phoenix. Please email for an application.

Story
MEET DARLA! Darla is a sweet and gentle 6-year-old purebred Doberman Pinscher. (Purebred verified by DNA testing). She is elegant, pretty and very affectionate -- and she gets along great with other dogs. Darla was rescued from a crowded California shelter, and now is a big favorite with volunteers, who call her a "real sweetheart". She is a well-behaved girl, but is quite strong, and will pull when she sees squirrels on a walk! Darla is in good health. She dos have a small lump on her underside, but this has been vet-checked and determined to be a benign fatty tumor, not a source of potential trouble. Darla will be totally devoted to her person. She is a gem and whomever adopts her will be very lucky. She weighs about 65 lbs. Please email for an application.

Story
MEET CARTER! Carter is a 3- to 4-year-old male Doberman-German Shepherd mix (50/50 per DNA testing) who needs a foster or forever home! He looks more like a Dobie than a German Shepherd, and is sweet as they come! Carter was rescued from a scary California shelter, where he was kenneled with another dog and did great. He loves other dogs and is a joy with people, always having a smile to go. He still has some puppy energy, but calms down quickly. He's sweet and affectionate, and very intelligent. He would do best in a home with an active person, people or family with older kids. He would make an ideal family dog. He weighs about 65 lbs. Please email for an application.

Story
MEET BLITZ, an 85-lb serious Doberman male who is waiting for his forever home. Blitz is a large red Dobie, almost 2 years old. He is a dark red, almost chocolate color and is magnificent in appearance. He is affectionate with people he knows but is inclined to be tense and suspicious with strangers, especially if he is in a confined space. Blitz is also nervous when crated or in a small run. As such, a local or in-state adoption (he is in the Los Angeles area) would be desirable because crate transport would be difficult. He also does not like to be told what to do, and can show his displeasure if he is pushed into doings something he does not want. He is currently in training for this reason. Blitz gets along well with other dogs-- he has previously lived happily with a female Doberman in his foster home. Because of his size and strength, a home without small children is mandatory. Blitz has high energy and would benefit from having a yard, where he can run and play. Blitz is hypo-thyroid so is on inexpensive thyroid medication, which will likely be forever. We believe Blitz is of European ancestry and like all Euro-Dobies, he has heavier bones and a larger head than the more petite American Dobies. Blitz is without question a lot of dog! But he is a lot of really good dog. Doberman or large-dog experience is a must for his adoption. Please email for an application.
