She’s approx 65lbs and she sat in a high kill shelter (along with Sterling who is also available for adoption) for a month before we pulled her. Unfortunately Penelope is the result of backyard breeders being greedy and dumping her when no longer needed. Shelter notes stated that she was pregnant when surrendered and birthed all 9 puppies within shelter walls only to have them euthanized due to lack of space. Despite the grief she’s been through, Penelope’s kindness shows through. She is accepting of meeting new people with a gentle demeanor however will need slow introductions with new dogs. Her ideal family will be understanding of Penelope’s journey and create a safe haven of space for her. They’ll be patient of introductions to new surroundings, take her on walks and celebrate her small victories as she builds more confidence and learns to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. I gave Roman to a woman I met through this website and unfortunately she is unable to keep him as well so we are working together to find him a new home. The adoption price is based on how much money I have already put into him. He is about 5 1/2 months old (exact birthday is unknown), and learns relatively quickly. He is almost fully potty trained and is teething right now. He just needs his booster vaccine for parvo then he is fully vaccinated. He loves the sunshine and is a little cuddle buddy. He does best with lots and lots of attention and time outside. It is a nonnegotiable for me that his ears and tail remain unclipped.

This Precious girl was abandoned. We found her with no collar or tags. She is now microchiped. We took her to the vet got her updated on shots and microchipped. She is approximately 8 months old. very healthy. She is very very sweet and affectionate. She loves playing with her toys. She is well trained with all basic commands. She LOVES other dogs, people and kids. She walks very well on a leash, is potty trained, and she is kennel trained. She is very smart and really fun to be around. She is very well socialized. Her personality is affectionate and she loves being with her person. She is gentle and loves playing with her toys. She has such a lovely disposition. Unfortunately I am unable to keep her due to my travel schedule. I travel abroad a lot. So I can only foster her. She would be a great addition to a family with kids or a person who is affectionate.
