Hi, I’m GHIRADELLI, and I’m a sweet little treat who knows what I want. And what I want is love and cuddles! My hobby is to try to get my foster mom’s attention, because I know when I turn on the charm, she will pick me up and hold me. But I do more than just snuggle! Now that the weather is getting nicer, I have discovered that there is so much to see and do! Playing outside in the sun while chasing the leaves blowing in the wind is so much fun! Running and playing is the best! I love exploring and looking for new adventures. Even though I want to wrestle with my brothers, I keep tabs on my humans because I really want to be with them too. I’ve been told I have gentle, expressive eyes and all the love I have shines through them. My foster mom says I’m very smart because if I’m tired, I go right to sleep. And when I sleep, I’m dreaming about the wonderful new chapter in my life. My ideal family is one that will be attentive, playful and loving, because that’s what I’ll give right back! Hi, I’m FERRERO ROCHER! I am the little bonbon in the pack that is always the first to greet my people, but I am very patient and will wait my turn. My foster mom says I’m a social butterfly and will make someone a perfect companion. I don’t mean to brag, but not only am I cuddly, but I’m also beautiful! I have a sweet expression, and a soft heart. I might be just a little morsel of sugary sweetness, but I have a huge personality! Welcome Mutz to CCPAL Rescue. Mutz is a 3-year-old Daug (Dachshund /Pug). He weighs about 12 pounds and is full grown and a nice weight. This dog came from the hoarder or overabundance of dog situation. He has an adorable underbit and has really blossomed at the Rescue. He is a quieter dog and has learned to like to be held. He is definitely a lap companion. He is playful with other dogs and has the sturdy body of the Pug. He would love to be a companion for a person that is retired, partially retired or maybe someone with a household that wants a dog with a lower energy to join in. He would be ok with a smaller condo size yard. He is learning leash manners and getting used to commotion of the Rescue. He hasn’t experienced a lot of different things so he isn’t sure yet but he is really really nice. He is not a big shedding dog. He is fine with nail trims and baths and will make some lucky family a great companion. I would say anyone moderately active would be fine for this dog. He bonds deeply and he warms up with affection nicely. He would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. He is getting vaccinations, neutered and he will be ready for his forever home soon. He is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is $200.
