Make way for the Queen of Pop! Miss Billie Jean is on the hunt for a new home by the holidays! We think this little lady is around 8 years old and maybe some kind of Dachshund mix due to her long body and short legs. Don’t be fooled by her pictures, she only weighs around 27lbs. With her odd proportions, she’s definitely unique looking but she’s absolutely the perfect size for cuddling! Billie is the best at snuggling up with her people, lazing the day away on the couch. Though she’s not needy, it’s hard to resist joining her when you walk by. She loves to wiggle her body, bounce around, and thump her tail whenever she’s seeing her favorite things: her favorite people (just about anyone she’s met!) and food! Billie Jean is ready for her fresh start and will make herself at home just about anywhere she goes! Billie’s key points: 🪩 Billie would be fine as a single dog or with a dog companion. She also does fine with cats 🪩 Billie doesn’t care for being crated and will let you know! She does fine when left alone, but just doesn’t want to be locked up. 🪩 Due to her age and size, it’s not best for her to be jumping up and down off the couch and would benefit from a ramp or stairs If you are interested in adopting Billie Jean: ➡️ Email for an application at canineliberationleague@gmail.com ➡️ Or download or fill out the application on our website at www.canineliberationleague.com/application Once we receive a completed application that is APPROVED, we will do a vet check. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Romeo, oh such a suitable name for this goofy, loving dog. Romeo is a 9 year young Dachshund mix. He is great with other dogs and very sociable with humans. Very food motivated and he can hear the cheese wrapper from any distance. Romeo is looking for a permanent home, preferably one without stairs. The coordination in his rear legs is not perfect,but on flat ground he is as fast as the other dogs and he love to run and play wrestle. Romeo is not an early riser, he likes to sleep in on a soft bed close to the warm air vent.  Romeo is incontinent. Romeo has limited bladder control. He leaks urine when his bladder is full. He walks as he pees and is unaware of this, he could wear doggie diapers but he would need to be trained to keep them on. Romeo will not be able to become 100% housebroken due to his neurological problem.** If Romeo is let out often he keeps clean inside most of the time.** Romeo loves his human with ALL his heart . He has lots of needs but lots of love to give. This guy is definitely worth the work. If you think you're that special person who can help Romeo and give him a forever home fill out an application. Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to  Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The owner of Arlo, Lainey and 4 other akc registered doxies was living in a rental home with 4 children and the landlord said the dogs had to go. Her mom took them while she was supposed to find another place to live but that did not happen. Her mom had 3 dogs of her own and was overwhelmed so she asked for help. All the dogs are sweet but we took Arlo and Lainey. These two are quite bonded so we are going to try to place them together. They are both spay/neutered, UTD on vaccines and HW negative, They will also be microchipped. In their original home, they were left on a self feeder and I am afraid Arlo overindulged but Lainey was able to keep her figure. They are both so so sweet and cute! They both Love cuddles and kisses! They both seem to be reliably housetrained. Arlo is a red pie bald and Lainey is a black and tan wirehaired doxie. Lainey was born on 9/10/2021 so she is 3 years old, Arlo is 4. If you are seeing this on adopt a pet the transport fee is included in the adoption fee. We use rescue riders For our pet transport need because they are Remi Jasper is a sweet people dog and a Loving boy. He gets along with other dogs just fine. He can be a little nervous at first meet but he warms up very quickly and he just wants to be with his family. He’s crate trained and house trained.
