Story
Hi everyone my name is Jasper and I am about to turn 9 years old and I am a Corgi and pug mix boy that is 24 lb and my 90 yr old  Dad is going into assisted living.   His family is not able to take me and let me live out the rest of my life with them so they have asked Critter Cavalry Rescue to find a foster for me and I have a really good one. I'm lucky because lots of people ask them every hour of the day to get a new place for their dog. I'm a good boy and I really like medium to small dogs best because big dogs kind of intimidate me. I haven't been around cats either so that is a BIG question mark. You can see from my pictures I'm quite playful and I have a great smile. I am a housebroken and I really don't need a crate because I'm a good boy when loose in the house and I'm minding my P's and Q's when you're gone. I've got lots of great healthy years ahead of me. I'm looking for someone special to spin them with. Someone that loves a good strong playful medium sized dog that does everything right in life. Because my original Dad never took me out with other dogs much, I am mostly defensive when I am confronted with other dogs.  They scare me honestly.   I just need to be in a home with no other dog so I can feel safe and secure.  Hard to teach an older dog like me new tricks. But I know someone will just want only ME to be their one and only, so I'm looking for happy people because I'm happy boy. I've got a great outgoing personality and I can help you make more friends if you just take me for walks and let me work my cuteness factor and charm.  I'm neutered, I'm totally vetted and healthy and I'm microchipped. I'm also very ready to spend the holidays with you as my new best friends and forever family . Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com If you would like to know more about me and apply to adopt. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.December 2, 2024, 10:18 pm

Story
Morty is a little cuddle bug. He loves being next to his humans or in their lap. Even though he has short little legs, he loves going on walks and has happily walked 2 miles. He is doing well with potty training and sleeps through the night in a crate. He likes other dogs and chasing them or a ball around outside. He's a little shy of new things inside the house and it takes him a bit to come up to people or through doors, but he's wagging his whole backside and dancing his little feet in the process. What he lacks in height, Morty more than makes up for in love. If you have space in your heart and time to help him grow, Morty would make a great addition to your family.Accuracy is not guaranteed; however, information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge.  For more information on the pet, please send an email to info@aforeverhome.org December 1, 2024, 10:16 pm
