Story
Meet Happy💜 Happy lived neglected within a fenced area of junkyard. The person who reported Happy to us was feeding Happy for a year and when the junkyard went bankrupt, the owner left and abandoned Happy. Please be Happy’s miracle and become his forever family. 🙏🏻 💟 Personality / Characteristics *Keyword: #Shortlegged #Lovebug #Lovestoeat *Energy level (1~10): Levels 6-7 *Happy can be shy at first time but once he opens up, he is a lovebug who keeps asking to be petted.😊 *Happy is not particularly interested in other doggy friends at Adogs Center! He is only interested in taking his own snacks and doesn’t care about other friends. He is an easygoing pup who can get along with other dogs! *Happy has some food obsession so he tends to eat fast. If he eats too quickly, he will cough and make a choking sound, so it’s important to help him eat slowly. *Likes to make markings from place to place and scratches the ground after he makes a marking!🤣 *When other dogs bark, Happy doesn’t bark at all. There is no unnecessary barking, but when he wants to be taken out of the kennel, he barks to make sure he is taken out.

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ Meet Victor🩷 Victor was discovered in a field of pebbles, tied with an ill-fitted collar and rescued by a Adogs volunteer. When she was rescued, she appeared terrified, surrounded by rotting food that had accumulated over time. However, she was rapidly turned around and showed signs of relief and tail-wagging as she warmed up. Is doing well with the foster family who is giving lots of care and affection. * Interaction with People : Absolutely loves people! Is a bit wary of strangers when she meets them outdoors but approaches and smells them as well as enjoys petting. Is so fond of being touched that she immediately lies down and exposes her tummy when the foster family touches her. Is wary and barks once at the doorstep when strangers visit the home, but is fine once they come in. Displays her interest by checking the location of the guest after hiding herself.  * Interaction with Dogs: Seems not to have many happy memories with other dogs, and not to like them. Gets along well with other dogs who she encounters at the puppy kindergarten. Gets tight with her fur standing on end, assumes a defensive stance when she encounters other dogs ehile walking. Is receiving training in desensitization gradually by rapidly backing away when she encounters a dog. * Interaction with Cat: Tends to be excited, growl and chase after cats who she may encounter during walks. Caution is necessary. * Separation Anxiety: When left alone, she appears nervous. Occasionally howls or makes pee mistakes when left alone. Is getting training with space separation and is improving gradually. Is ok as long as she has at least one family member present at home.  * Potty Training: Is so smart that she can use the potty pads even in a new environment. Is adept at indoor potty but prefers going outside to do potty. * Hygiene: Likes baths and enjoys being brushed! Fears having her ears cleaned so much that she needs to wear a neck collar during the ear cleansing. Is scared of toenail clippings and much walking would help her nails trimmed naturally. * Walks: Is a super skillful walker who can walk at a controlled pace. Is a perceptive dog that walks slowly with her foster mom and runs with her foster sister. Tends to pull on the leash when other dogs, cats, or birds passes by or feels urgent calling of nature. * Car Sickness: Is good at getting into cars, but once the car starts moving, she gets slightly nervous and feels a bit car sick. Gets anxious in the car when she is away from people and wants to go up on the legs. *Shedding: There is fur shedding during the molting season. * Mastered 'Sit, Lie Down, Turn around, Paw, Wait, House, Kiss, Cool, Nose, and Come Here' – a true pro in following commands! 😎 * Rarely barks! Even when she does infrequently, she stops barking when she is told to sit. * Has a gluttony tendency and must be fed separately when with other dogs. * Occasionally nips with a hope to stay more when the foster father gets her out of his bedroom. Occasionally nips defensively with scare when he has toenail clipped.  * Comes even from a distance when you call her while slightly bending your kneels. **Health Condition** - Completed heartworm treatment. 💙 Foster's Instagram : @victor_victorydog

Story
Meet Volt⚡️ Volt was found at Korean city shelter, where he had lived for a long time without a chance for rescue due to lack of space. When his health began to deteriorate rapidly with significant weight loss, he was urgently rescued. * Interaction with People: Volt is initially shy but allows gentle touches. Once he warms up, he becomes very affectionate, always staying close and wagging his tail enthusiastically in the mornings. Although getting comfortable with strangers takes him some time, a slow and steady approach helps him open up. * Interaction with Dogs: Calmly approaches dogs of similar or smaller size. May become intimidated by larger dogs and avoid them. They can be jealous, so careful supervision is needed around other dogs. * Interaction with Cats: He is slightly fearful of cats, so careful interaction is necessary, but he does not show aggression. * Separation Anxiety: Very attached to people; tends to howl and bark for about 20-30 minutes after family members leave but is currently undergoing training to manage this behavior. He can stay quiet if kept at a distance from strangers. * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty. Rarely makes a mistake indoor. * Hygiene: He enjoys being brushed and tends to doze off during grooming sessions. He cooperates well during baths. He is not used to tooth brushing but is currently getting accustomed to having his mouth handled. * Walking: The dog enjoys walks but can pull on the leash when excited or encountering large dogs, sometimes barking if frightened. * Car Sickness: Initially restless but settles down and can fall asleep after a while. * Intelligent Volt can perform tricks like 'sit,' 'lie down,' 'wait,' 'give paw,' and 'hello'! * Possessive over toys, may bark if other dogs approach while he's playing, requiring attention to manage his behavior. ❗Health Status❗ Finished heartworm treatment(needs to be rechecked on January 2025) 💟Special Notes💟 * Intelligent Volt can perform tricks like 'sit,' 'lie down,' 'wait,' 'give paw,' and 'hello'! * Possessive over toys, may bark if other dogs approach while he's playing, requiring attention to manage his behavior.

Story
Silly as can be Jenny is now about 10mo old and weighs approx 25lbs. She is clearly a Corgi mix but with what, we don’t know. This sweet girl has come a very long way in the last few months. Due to being hit by a car (we assume), she almost lost her life. She had numerous broken bones, along with some other stress to some nerves at the base of her spine so we thought she may not recover. Our specialist recommended that we amputate her tail to try and help the healing process, and it worked! Her bones and nerve endings have healed, and she is now ready for her own, forever home. She is a very silly, happy girl that runs and plays with her foster siblings, with no restrictions. She is now also house and crate trained. Jenny loves to learn new things so she must have a person that will continue her training. She absolutely loves to play with other dogs so another dog in the home is a must. She’s also great with the kitties. She is doing great with her leash training and loves to go on walks or even light hikes, but because of past injuries to her back legs, running or jogging on concrete is not an option. She must have a 5ft or higher fenced yard and she should not be left alone for more that 5-6 hr intervals.
